Excellent experience!! All the staff we’re absolutely phenomenal. I had an amazing massage by Gentiana in the spa she is an angel and we also celebrated New Year’s here they tailored the menu to meet my coeliac and Corn allergy needs. We had so much fun dancing with the group. It was really well organized and very generous portions and attentive experience.
When we arrived, we asked Ani if we could see the property due to all the mixed reviews. He was very accommodating and super pleasant. We stayed three nights and he insured that everything was in order. Absolutely all the staff were phenomenal.
I highly recommend this Hotel.

Drainage smell from toilet so have to keep door closed at all times. Also, you can very thinly see outside through the shower and bedroom blinds as the corner is a blind spot, but only a small one.
Bedroom nice otherwise, huge balcony with nice view. Cigarette butts left out from previous guests on balcony table.
Sauna very hot (good) though exit is a metal handle which gets extremely hot, steam room doesnt generate any steam, pool is large but very strong smell of chlorine, jacuzzi doesnt work and no on or off button.
Gym is great for a hotel, the lounge bar on the top floor has nice views but was closed during my stay.
Would stay here again, albeit I paid €75 a night so i would not pay anymore than that and i would only ever come solo, i would not bring a friend or loved one.

We stayed in this hotel as two female friends in our 30s, for two nights. Location wise, it’s an ideal spot for exploring Tirana. The hotel itself is nice and modern and it’s fine for a couple of nights stay. A couple of things to mention: • we did have a regular smell of drainage in our room which wasn’t pleasant • there was supposed to be a rooftop / top floor bar but it was closed the whole time we were there so you could only have drinks in the lobby • breakfast was quite nice, plenty choice at the buffet • spa was decent - we didn’t get treatments but did spend a couple of hours by the pool • service was not great in this hotel, staff not particularly helpful, especially in lobby bar • balcony view was overlooking other run down buildings etc at the back of the hotel Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it met our needs for a couple of nights.

Hotel was clean and as advertised, but a lack of attention to detail. Our room had a window that wouldn't close so in the day there was a lot of road noise and car horns, and at night it made a rattling noise. We asked on the first day to please look at it, and nothing happened, and on the second day asked again to please close the window, a staff member came up to see it was broken and said they needed to come back tomorrow and nothing further happened. It was disappointing because the room was nice and the spa and pool was very good, but sleep is the priority.

Just spent last five days here and really can not recommend enough.
The spa area is lovely , could do with staff always there but Genta welcomed us, showers us everything and was very kind. We had both booked massages and were blown away with her expertise. Gents does reflexology and boy is she good at reading your needs . I returned in my last night for horlt stones and a hamamm scrub . Genta you alone deserve 5*
When we arrived we were checked in and any issues were no problem .Also as to where to eat and go was never a problem . One the lady on reception felt like a friend by day 3 🫠🫠
Can not wait too return 1st time in Albania amd definitely not my last 💝

The staff at this hotel are so kind. I passed by and had an issue with my bank card. I needed to urgently make a call. They were really helpful. When I offered to buy at their restaurant to thank them. They said, they helped 'Because, they are human". It reminded me of an instagram called "Humans of NYC". Acts of humanity. Thank you.

My experience at this hotel was not pleasant. From the beginning, the room door did not close properly and remained open most of the time, which is a serious safety concern. I had to call reception for assistance, and they came to fix it.
However, even after that, the room key card kept not working, and I had to go down to reception several times to get the issue resolved. This became even more inconvenient because there was only one elevator, which caused long waiting times.
Additionally, I had to leave one day earlier due to personal reasons, but the hotel refused any kind of refund, justifying it strictly with their “hotel policy,” without showing any flexibility or understanding.
Unfortunately, because of these issues, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

This is a modern, clean hotel which is well-located about five minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square in the centre. The rooms are spotless with excellent, modern furnishings and fittings. There is a lovely spa and pool and all the staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast was off a good quality and they also have their own taxi service. I got a taxi to Durres for €30 and was driven there by a member of the hotel staff.

Came to the hotel for a one night stayover from Sarandë, had already booked the hotel 3-4 months ago. Upon arrival the receptionist was a little confused and switch between room cards. We went upstairs and found out they had downgraded us from triple room to double room. Waited 2 hours for a solution, the receptionist wouldn’t upgrade us, even if we payed extra. She could give a refund of 25€ but then we would have gone 7€ in minus. So after a 5 hour busride and 2 hours waiting, we ended up cancelling the booking and went to Hotel Elisa instead, and I would urge you all to do the same. Bad customer service, and bad solutions only to not lose money. To be honest… there are better hotels in Tirana with better customer service, I will never come back and will urge everyone to rather book into another hotel.

We stayed in a suite at The Black Diamond Hotel for 2 nights. The suite was wonderful, like a big apartment with a balcony over looking the city, we are on the 7th floor so the views are fabulous, the suite has sofas, hot tub and a lovely bathroom. The only downside is there is lots of strange clicking noises from the bedroom curtains / windows which woke me up a few times but the room and beds are very comfy. The gym is great, small but very clean, the spa was nice, although the pool and hot tub are very cold. But the steam and saunas are great. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast and other amenities are very good.
