⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Amazing Staff and Warm Hospitality!

I recently stayed at Hotel Les Closes in Andorra with my two boys, and it was truly one of the most enjoyable family stays we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcome — friendly smiles, genuine care, and that special personal touch that makes all the difference when you’re travelling with children.

A special mention goes to the ladies at breakfast, who were simply fantastic. Every morning they greeted us warmly, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to make the boys feel at home. Their kindness and attention to detail really set the tone for our days — the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of variety, but it was their attitude that made it truly memorable.

The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located — but what really stands out is the team behind it. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. My boys enjoyed every bit of the stay, from the facilities to the welcoming atmosphere.

Thank you to everyone at Les Closes for making our visit so special. We’ll definitely be coming back — next time with even more enthusiasm!

I have amazing experience with this hotel!
Location is just amazing, two steps from the Main Street, near all shopping places, restaurants and grocery stores.
Room is not very new and maybe needs some refreshments but the bed is great, good shower, nice balcony.
Breakfast is fine. I’m really looking forward to come back to this hotel

Clean hotel with great staff and central location. Has a buffet breakfast too.

Only downside was the rooms didn't insulate noise very well and has bad acoustics. We were woke up almost every night by kids running down the hallway screaming.

Excellent location just off the Main Street in Andorra la Vella, and the building is very modern looking and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, very modern, well-laid out and immaculately clean and the bathroom facilities were excellent - great large towels, powerful shower and hairdryer. A small balcony was not expected but very welcome. Will definitely return.

We parked in a nearby public parking lot, which was slightly more expensive than the hotel's own parking, but it was more convenient and stress-free, especially considering the negative comments about parking. The room was a bit small, with hardly any space to unpack — we had to keep most of our things in the suitcases, which was inconvenient. The balcony was fine, with a view of the courtyard. The bathroom was spacious, but the glass wall made it feel a little less private. At breakfast, we felt that some key items were missing. Overall, not a bad stay, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

The location is more than perfect, on the other hand the whole hotel was clean and quiet.
While my room was also clean, spacious with a comfy bed and had everything i need, there were some stains on the wall that needs to be painted, but it's just a minor thing from me.
The breakfast was really tasty with plenty of options from bakery products to different type of cheeses, but i was missing the vegetables.
Overall i had a great stay here and it's a great value for it's price, i can recommend it!

My husband and I stayed here, and it was great for sleeping. The mattress was very comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and it has parking that isn't too expensive—much better than parking on the street. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It's also in a great location for shopping.

We booked an economy room for a week, with so call " inner yard"
Unfortunately, there was no view at all. The window would open and we were facing walls from all sides, with no air or daylight coming in but fumes from a grease trap from a place underneath. Extremely disappointing from this point of view. Floor was dirty from day one, our socks become dirty after few steps around the room. However, clean beds and toilet.
We were not expecting a 5 star stay, but whoever assigns the room for someone who stays for a full week, should consider that day light and fresh air are important and necessary. Beside our room (201) there was a staff room and we could smell the cigarette smoke coming from that room, which is not ideal if you cannot benefit of fresh air in your own room.
The coffee shop at the ground floor is very handy, opens at 8 am which is great.
Location is very good for someone who wants to stay in the centre of La Vella.

Slept 5 nights in a room on the 5th floor.
Bed was soooooo comfy.
Room was sound proof. I am light sleeper and I slept great.
Bathroom is big, new and clean.
Location, right on the pedestrian street, was perfect.
They have a good coffee shop for breakfast on the first floor.

It is located in the center of Escaldes. It's not far away from the bus station of Andorra.

The bathroom had some fascinating shampoos trying to reduce the ecological footprint!

The only bad thing,
They don't answer your requests via the booking chat!
I don't know even if they speak English well!
I had to ask them about the door code before coming and the wifi. Otherwise, in the night, good luck.

Great location, lovely staff and clean rooms.
Our room smelt quite strongly of cleaning product when we first arrived, but it were clean.
The toiletries are quite small but staff were happy to provide more upon request.
Location is very central and close to plenty of amenities.
Overall, we had a great experience here!

Great staff and excellent location. Right in the heart of the main street with close proximity to most main attractions in the city. Bus station is a 20min walk.

For a hotel it was decently priced, but the size of the room wasn't worth what I paid. No water provided which could've been a good gesture to tired travellers. Bathroom was super clean n tidy. Bed was not that comfy but for a night I could manage.

Compared to all expensive hotels around i think it's a good deal at Tudel. Would come back for sure.
