Rooms with attached bathrooms are good. The service is quick and upto date. You get breakfast in your room which is tasty. Room is cleaned everyday. There is also a fridge in the room with beverages and some chocolates. Good and safe place to stay in.

Owner very nice and friendly, took good care of us and accommodate all our requests. The hotel is far from center but taxi is not expensive. We had our own driver with van so was not a problem. Didn't stay in the hotel but went here to enjoy the swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy the pool for 8000amd, towel included. Pool area is great and spacious. They have a pool bar with a great selection of food and drinks for reasonable prices (2500 for smoothies, 3500 for a mojito).

My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? Music is ok, but in places like this it must be at the volume level comfortable for everyone , cos we are not in the techno or any other club

This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. We stayed at the property in April 2025. It is located close to the ski resort, and the overall compound is excellent, with plenty of amenities available. The staff was very supportive, and the breakfast was decent. Area of Improvement: Parking is not available near the reception area, which made luggage transfer a bit inconvenient.

Breakfasts aren't great. Room service is mostly tasty and inexpensive (sturgeon/sterlet is expensive and not tasty). The mattresses are very hard. The sauna and pool included are excellent. The hotel is relatively new. Parking is free. The Deluxe room is spacious and quite comfortable. Check if the large outdoor pool is under renovation if you need it.

Good place for skiing, not so good service. At first glance people are kind and responsive, but seem very busy and many requests are just rejected or promised but skipped. It takes 1 hour to get the ordered cocktail and receipt. The stay was at 31 Dec - Jan 3, but the Jan 2 evening there was an electricity outage for 4-5 hours, and still nothing besides excuses.

A wonderful place! Everything was perfect. We stayed in a standard room, where dressing gowns were not provided, but the hotel kindly gave them to us upon request. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, they even upgraded it for free. In the rooms there were fruit, little sweets and beverages as a welcome gift. For breakfast there was a huge buffet with both salty and sweet options. Honorable mention to the spa and the staff, who were very friendly.

This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need.
