This is a very convenient hotel. The pool and rooftop breakfast are fantastic. The customer service is excellent everyone is helpful and friendly. All the reception staff speak English very well so communication was easy. Beautiful Emma is truly fantastic very helpful and caring. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location, delicious breakfast, and excellent staff. The bed was comfortable, and they have a pool and a bar. The only minor issue was that sometimes there was a faint sewage smell in the bathroom, apparently coming from the shower drain.

Absolutely best experience ever !! Best staff, great location, breakfast at the roof top was tasty , various every morning, outdoor swimming pool area - everything what we were looking for !!!

The staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurant is on the 8th floor and features a beautiful terrace overlooking Yerevan, which is a real highlight. You don't have to be a hotel guest to visit the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. I cannot praise the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower cubicle was heavily stained with limescale. The TV in the room wasn't working. My room was small, uncomfortable, and dated.

The hotel is not far from the central market, 20 minutes walk to the center. Quite convenient. There were concerns that the location in a residential area would be confusing, but everything is fine. A pleasant bonus was 2 glasses of wine as a gift from the hotel. The spacious room has everything you need, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Over 3 days, we did not have time to get tired of breakfasts, there was something to choose from. Special thanks for the brewed Armenian coffee. The biggest minus was the "heated" pool with water +19. A smaller minus was the loud music until 23:00, the plus is that at exactly 23:00 it was turned off. The staff tries, thank you for the hospitality.

Super loud party on floor 8, which is 7 for real so ppl on floor 6 like me just get ppl dancing on my head. No considération for families. It’s a 38 Rooms hotel, they could have put us somewhere else from the first night since I booked 3 months ahead. They offered to change our room at 21:00 the last night, we leave hotel in 8 h. Kids are asleep with white noise! Worst family hotel experience in 6 years !

My wife and I and two other couple stayed there for two days. We did not have any reservation previously just called the day that we were arriving. The receptionist. Did a fantastic job on getting us the room and gave some discount in their rooms were very clean and nice with the balcony.
