A really nice hotel in a great location. It’s a simple hotel but the service is excellent. Our room was very spacious with a big bathroom and a balcony. The continental breakfast had a good variety, including ham, cheese, eggs, cereals, fruits, and more, which was more than enough.

The reception team and the bar, security, and night staff were very helpful and friendly, and any request was handled quickly. The location is perfect — just a few steps from Republic Square — yet the hotel is still quiet and peaceful, both inside and outside.

The hotel was very nice, the location perfect. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options (including lots of desserts and salads, which were very nice). The room was quite big and it had a nice balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us tips about the city, supermarket etc.
There was some construction going on and it would have been nice to know beforehand as it was quite noisy during the day. Otherwise, I would definitely go back again, highly recommend.

Good hotel, quite reasonable for the price. Parking is included, though very tight. Staff are friendly, which I liked the most. Breakfast is decent. The only downside I noticed is that there was no coffee at breakfast. Absolutely in the city center, yet quiet, which is great.

A great hotel in a fantastic location, this is a no frills hotel but offers excellent service. Our room was very spacious with a large en-suite and balcony, a continental buffet style breakfast was more than adequate, offering a selection of ham, cheeses, eggs, cereal, fruits etc etc. The reception staff and the bar/security/night men were extremely helpful and every request was dealt with with a friendly and prompt manner.
The location is fantastic, you are literally a few steps from republic square, but the hotel still remains quiet and peaceful both outside and internally.

i stayed in this hotel in november 2025 for 3 night . this hotel has great location near republic square . breakfast is perfect and varied and every day you confronted with new surprise .the room is clean and has enough facilities . one of the important point in this hotel in my opinion is staff behavior . they are all professional and kind and they helped me in several cases. . if i return to yerevan certainly this hotel will definitely be my first choice

Excellent location in city center. Good for all walking tours through Yerevan.
Nine floors and just one elevator that goes only up to the eight floor. Good wi-fi, cable TV in rooms.
Rooms are relatively huge, with balcony. Very tough pillows.
Breakfast is solid, nothing special, nothing luxury.
In one sentence, nothing luxurious except of location itself.

I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again. All reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and gave me lots of good advice and tips. The wifi was good and a decent variety at breakfast. My room was spotlessly clean. Excellent central location as well as being nice and quiet.

Nice hotel at the Republic Square in the very heart of the city. Perfect location. Many cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, markets nearby. The hotel is large, the rooms are cleaned and comfortable. The staff is helpfull and professional. Recommended for friends and families.

A very poor hotel with mostly worn out facilities that is not at all like the hotel's advertising. Most of the hotel's claims about room size and hotel facilities are lies. It was a bad experience for us. The hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak, the balcony was very small, the room carpet smelled bad, there was no air conditioning, the bathroom was worn out.

A hotel in a good and central location in Yerevan. Near the hotel is Republic Square, which had a light show every night. The room was on the eighth floor. No noise at night. Polite and helpful staff ensured comfort. Decent breakfast. Value for money okay. You can get quite close to the hotel from the airport by bus 100, check the traffic schedule, e.g. from the airport info (300 dram = about 0.75 eur) or alternatively, it's worth downloading the gg taxi app, which you can use to get a taxi price at a reasonable price. Beware of taxis at the airport and in the city: compare and agree on the price of the trip in advance. Otherwise, there may be unpleasant surprises. Money exchange: at the airport you should exchange a small amount to get into the city (a couple of banks in the arrivals hall, which are apparently also open at night, e.g. Fastbank). You can exchange money in the city, for example, at the SAS supermarket (I got the best rate) or at the bank.
