Loved our stay at Regard! The service was unreal - from getting all the information for pre-check in from Anna (we booked with less than 24 hours notice), to Alex and the other 2 lovely guys who worked the day/night reception helping us with our luggage and any questions. We felt right at home :) The rooms are very decent and clean, have everything you need and come equipped with AC, all toiletries and towels. We also stored our luggage all day with zero issues. Highly recommend for a stay in Yerevan.

Unfortunately not the best experience.
General: Room was quite noisy and the bathroom offers almost no privacy - milky glassdoor, right next to the bed, with a huge gap between door and wall.
Service: At one point they had taken away the cover blanket what we discovered when coming home in the evening. As it was not very warm, I went to ask for a replacement or an extra blanket. At first they said they could not provide me one as houskeeping was not there anymore, I should have come in the morning (Well the Cover blanket had still been there in the morning...) and that she also is unable to turn up the heating in my room. No other solution was offered.
As I emphasised that that leaves me to go sleeping feeling cold, she finally offered me to give me a blanket from a vacant room, but it would take half an hour. Was fine for me, I went back to my room.
After more than OVER an hour, it was already a quarter to 11pm, they still had not brought the extra blanket. So I had to change from my Pyjamas to normal clothes again and go down to the reception and ask for the blanket AGAIN.
Btw. in the beginning there were only towels and so on for one person in the room, even though we had booked for two.

The service was perfect. I stayed here for 3 nights. I was welcomed by a very kind person named Zara. She made sure my room was set. She also helped make sure I was comfortable and was kind enough to make sure to show me where the nearest restaurants were that suited my taste.

+ The hotel is situated in a good transport accessibility area but slightly aside from a busy roadway which makes it a comfortable place to have rest. The street itself looks quite authentic and fascinating. It takes 5 minutes to get to a far-flung park and Saint Gregory Cathedral, besides, it's 2 minutes away from a popular mall, a market, and a metro station. The room was clean and well maintained. Just what I needed after a long day. There is an air conditioner and a TV. My view was not the most picturesque one (a yard), however, I could get enough daylight and open the window if required. There is also an excellent lighting system I appreciated a lot. The staff was sincerely polite and helpful just like the vast majority of the residents of the country.

Excellent location and facilities, modern and convenient. Very good breakfast - variety of hot dishes.Staff was hospitable and professional -Guys at the reception were very very helpful and arranged to return us back an item that we had forgotten in the room. Many thanks, when I come back Yerevan again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
