Slight mix up with the booking of my room but it was sorted by very friendly and accommodating staff.
Hotel is located outside the city core but metro station is 5 mins walk away, bus stop is 2 mins away and the city centre is walkable within 20 mins.
Neighbourhood is quiet at night and a 24 hour supermarket is 2 mins walk away if you need anything.
Room was cleaned to a high standard and I didn’t notice anything which gave me pause.

Non of the pictures are real they Same this pictures are from Turkey Hotel and problem is with trip.com application they didn’t accept it and they saying free cancellation but it’s not free. If you are far away they are not transferring the money back.

We stayed there from 6 a.m., after our flight was delayed, until 11 a.m. The 24-hour reception was a big plus, so we checked in quickly. The room was spacious, had everything we needed, and was clean. It's a shame there's no breakfast. It's close to the center, within walking distance. There's a large shopping center nearby where you can get breakfast. The receptionist explained how to get to the center and kindly let us leave our bags until departure. Overall, I'd recommend it for a 1-2 night stay.

The room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, and the front desk lady is attentive.
The location is close to the cathedral and shopping mall, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the Grand Place.

Not bad location.There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Location is perfect, quiet street but so close to metro, Tashir shopping center, a few small restaurants, and 24 hours working SAS
Supermarket. Felt very safe walking around at night. In my room I also could use internet with really high speed cable connection which was important for my work.
Love the balance of personal touch and privacy in this hotel. Would love to stay again.

+ The hotel is situated in a good transport accessibility area but slightly aside from a busy roadway which makes it a comfortable place to have rest. The street itself looks quite authentic and fascinating. It takes 5 minutes to get to a far-flung park and Saint Gregory Cathedral, besides, it's 2 minutes away from a popular mall, a market, and a metro station. The room was clean and well maintained. Just what I needed after a long day. There is an air conditioner and a TV. My view was not the most picturesque one (a yard), however, I could get enough daylight and open the window if required. There is also an excellent lighting system I appreciated a lot. The staff was sincerely polite and helpful just like the vast majority of the residents of the country.
