From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless and very comfortable—especially the bed, which was perfect after a long day.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the entire property was well-maintained and felt very safe.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. Thank you to the whole team for making my trip so special—I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel room was terrible and didn't match the photos at all. It cost over 500 yuan, and the front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful.

The location is very close to Yerewen Mall, within walking distance. However, you'll need to take a taxi to Republic Square, the Opera House, and the Grand Staircase. When we first took a taxi there after switching hotels, it felt quite remote; the streets were lined with factories and bus stops, and we didn't see many people, which made us quite nervous. After that, we mostly used taxis and chartered cars. We were very satisfied with the comfortable accommodations and food. However, the shower water needed to be kept pumped continuously, which was very inconvenient for someone with long hair like me. I'm not sure if I didn't know how to use it properly or what.

The hotel has complete facilities! It's very clean and hygienic, with an elegant environment and excellent front desk service! The staff are very polite! The breakfast has a wide variety of choices! Delicious food! All the drinks taste great!

I have experienced and reviewed many hotels and accommodations and let's look at the Artsakh Hotel in this way, I could not find any flaws in it.
We stayed at this hotel for a week and everything was neat and tidy. Everything in the room was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Breakfast was excellent and varied. (Although for me, as an early riser, it started late; 8:30)
The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is located in a convenient area, not so close to the city center that it would be annoyingly crowded and not so far that it would be difficult to get around, only two metro stations away from the city center.
Having a parking lot was helpful for us who traveled by car.
We had a memorable and nostalgic experience with this hotel and we hope to be able to come again in a few years.

Nice place to stay for some days

It’s outside the city center so it’s far from attractions. A 20-30min Metro ride to the center. No nearby restaurants. You have to go to the Yerevan Mall or the Yerevan Market to get food. It’s a bit of a walk, 15mins. But there is one small convenience store in fron of the hotel. Room is spacious. It’s like a studio apartment. Very big for one person. Breakfast is buffet style, but not too great. Hotel staffs are accommodating. He helped me get a Taxi going to the airport.

We had a great stay here in Artsakh. Parking will never be an issue (we rented a car during our stay in Armenia) since they have a lot of reserved parking and you can also park along the street.
Room- we had a double standard room (queen size bed) it was spacious with mini dining table and sofa which we loved! room heater ✅ , All necessities are there with complementary coffee, tea and water.
Service- Miss Receptionist (I forgot to ask her name) is very good in english which a ++ for us since sometimes communication is difficult in some area in Armenia. They are smiling face and will greet you. Maybe you might not like the late serving of breakfast (8:30 or 9am) if you will have an early appointment.
Location- For us, it was great since we had a car and it is easy for us to roam around. However, Yerevan mall and Yerevan market is walking distance, so shopping is just easy. Neighborhood is quiet also.

I thought this hotel was good value for money and the staff were lovely and very helpful. It isn't in the centre of town but very close (like a 500 metre walk) from the metro which takes you into the main town. The breakfast is OK but I felt it started a bit late (only from 8:30) but maybe I am just an early person!
