The hotel room was terrible and didn't match the photos at all. It cost over 500 yuan, and the front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful.

The location is very close to Yerewen Mall, within walking distance. However, you'll need to take a taxi to Republic Square, the Opera House, and the Grand Staircase. When we first took a taxi there after switching hotels, it felt quite remote; the streets were lined with factories and bus stops, and we didn't see many people, which made us quite nervous. After that, we mostly used taxis and chartered cars. We were very satisfied with the comfortable accommodations and food. However, the shower water needed to be kept pumped continuously, which was very inconvenient for someone with long hair like me. I'm not sure if I didn't know how to use it properly or what.

The hotel has complete facilities! It's very clean and hygienic, with an elegant environment and excellent front desk service! The staff are very polite! The breakfast has a wide variety of choices! Delicious food! All the drinks taste great!

Nice place to stay for some days

It’s outside the city center so it’s far from attractions. A 20-30min Metro ride to the center. No nearby restaurants. You have to go to the Yerevan Mall or the Yerevan Market to get food. It’s a bit of a walk, 15mins. But there is one small convenience store in fron of the hotel. Room is spacious. It’s like a studio apartment. Very big for one person. Breakfast is buffet style, but not too great. Hotel staffs are accommodating. He helped me get a Taxi going to the airport.

It is close to the station and there are shopping facilities within a short walk. The air conditioner was a little old, but the room was clean and well equipped. The service of the front desk and other staff was excellent, and I would recommend this hotel.

+ The city is relatively small, even though hotel is not in the center you can get to any part of the city really quick. Subway and taxis are very cheap, also you can just walk, it will take like ~20 minutes to reach the city center. They serve food in "all you can eat" style. Food is good, for this cost it is like a present! I liked everything, but if you want king size bed, make sure you ask for a number with a single bed, not two small beds joined in one. Cleaning ladies were nice. I would just suggest to knock very loud and wait a bit before entering the room =) But I didn't have any issues, thanks for the service!
