If you decided to stay here - it'll be bad idea, unless you like to sit in a room waiting more than 5 hours while towels will become dry or you like when somebody starts to fix shower while you're in the middle of working meeting and disregards you request to come to do it later. Also, stay here if you like when towels looks like dirty napkins and toilet does not stop and sounds like a spring creek. Have to leave that place and cancel booking.

Not good for any one, never stay such a place!!!! I take a video but I can not add hear, due to the size. photo is not clear!!!!! full of dust, spider web, hair, with out even a trash bin!!! Awfully poor place... 🤢🤢🤢very RUDE manager!!!!!!!!!!!! you can not imagine!!!!!

Please take some time and read the reviews before making any reservation in this h HOSTEL. The worst place I have ever been. This is really awful. In fact, it is not like a hotel at all, it is just a poor hostel. The room is very dirty, scary, and not safe. Can't call it a hotel! it's just like a very poor hostel. The service is not good and helpful, either. The hotel and room specifications are not like what is written at all, this is a real lie! I don't recommend it at all. Don't waste your money booking this place please. This is really terrible. لطفا کامنتها را قبل از رزرو کردن بخوانید. این یک هتل نیست و فقط در حد یک مهمانخانه ی سطح پایین هست، اتاقها خیلی بد، کثیف، تاریک و ترسناک هستند، به نظر من هر مقدار پولی که بخواین برای رزرو در این هتل بدهید بازم خیلی زیاده، اصلا با مهمانان خوب برخورد نمیکنن و امکانات اصلا اون چیزی نیست که در توضیحات هتل و اتاق نوشته شده، پول تون رو حتی یک ریال هدر ندین و اینجا را اصلا انتخاب نکنین. لطفا کامنت ها را بخوانین.

I arrived to the hotel at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation and forgot to inform them that I will be late! Then I received a surprise call from a friend who also arrived to yerevan and I decided to change my hotel and stay in my friend's hotel! They was very friendly about my decision, cancelled my reservation without any charges and offered me coffee until my taxi arrives! I will surely come back to this hotel!

Cleanliness arghh but it’s fine I don’t have any choice I was freaking tired that time that I just need a bed to lay on and rest, the receptionist was so good tho feels like we’re playing charades but I appreciate her help so much.

No cards accepted, cabinet doors are broken/not safe, no shelves in shower, closet sits not fixed correctly. TV above your head and also not really fixed safely. Family room size is very small. The beds have broken sides.

Good hotel and compared to its 3 star ranking, it was beneficial. The management was iranian guy and one of the staff was iranian too. But the rest of staff neither speak farsi nor english. It was not very clean and bad smell bothered us. Breakfast was not self service and mostly iranian students seeking US visa, go there. Good location and fair price.
