This was one of the most amazing and unforgettable trips of my life. From the very first moment I arrived, I couldn't stop smiling - the warm and homely welcome made me feel truly cared for. The owner of the hotel, Bagrad, treated every guest like an old friend throughout my stay. I even felt as if I had found a kind and caring father in Yerevan.
The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic - delicious and different every day. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to everything you might need. The room had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
Thank you so much for such a warm welcome - because of you, Yerevan will always stay in my heart. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We stayed at Tatev Hotel in Yerevan for three nights, and it turned out to be one of the most accommodating hotels we have ever experienced. The rooms are large, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owner, Bagrat.
After arriving early in the morning from an exhausting overnight train, he kindly let us check in immediately so we could rest. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond—providing us with helpful recommendations about restaurants and local attractions, offering thoughtful extras, and making us feel truly at home.
Breakfast deserves a special mention: every morning it was different, beautifully prepared, and tasted like something from a fine restaurant. We also appreciated the fresh fruit that was brought to us—it was such a thoughtful touch.
We really enjoyed our stay at Tatev Hotel and would happily return on our next visit to Yerevan. Thank you, Bagrat, for your hard work and genuine hospitality!

+ I was on urgent business trip, so I just needed a hotel in the center of Yerevan. I red reviews and saw that most people were happy with it. And yes, it is true. The host was very friendly, even if I arrived at 3 AM due to flight delay. He explained everything in details. The room was very nice and clean, everything was provided as described. The breakfast in the morning was perfect, it was prepared at time and include some home dishes. And documents for reporting also were provided in my language. So in overall I was happy to stay in this hotel and I will recommend it to my colleagues. The meal was very good for me. As the host prepare it individually I think it is possible to order the breakfast as needed. One thing was not good it was not some cafe machine in the kitchen. But it is gas stove, so I think it's possible to prepare coffee by self.- Some espresso machine is needed, but it's not a big deal

Based on my experience, the hotel owner was hospitable and helped me with all my queries. I feel like Im staying in a family house.

Worst experience ever. Receptionist yealed on us and told to get out. And the room available was not what we made reservation for. Not worth even 1 star.

The host was kind and friendly. I really liked how clean everything was. If someone spilled something or spilled something on the floor in the shower, the host was right there with a mop or rag and cleaned everything up. The location is great right in the center with a view of the temple. You can eat or drink tea on the veranda and look at it. The kitchen has everything you need. The price is reasonable. All rooms share a toilet and shower. During rush hour (morning or evening), there were often waits, but not for long. There were no major inconveniences. I'll stay here again next time.
