My Hotel in Yerevan

We stayed for a week in August 2025. It's a great hotel, nestled in a courtyard of houses, in a quiet, authentic location, practically in the center, a 7-minute walk from the Cascade. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our room was on the third floor; everything was clean and tidy, with soft, snow-white linens and towels. Cleaning was daily. All plumbing worked. The dining room in the basement offers a buffet, with a different hot dish every day, juices, fruit, and cold cuts—everything was delicious and filling. You don't have to worry about food until lunchtime, just enjoying the city and excursions. There were three of us: the room had a large bed and a sofa bed; the triple room was quite comfortable and available. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.

The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.

The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.

This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.

وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي.

الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.

الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.

أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

We stayed at this hotel. Everything was fine with friends, we only came to spend the night and have breakfast. Cheap and cheerful, everything you need is there. Many thanks to the Chef, a very nice woman, she will make coffee and cook scrambled eggs.

The hotel was clean, everything was fine.

The location is a bit ambiguous, inside the main street, but it's not dangerous or anything. The lighting is dark and the facilities are just so-so. I don't know if there's much merit compared to other accommodations in the area.

This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Yerevan
1- Clean and hygienic, especially the bed
2-The lady at the front desk is very pretty and the service is very attentive
The guy on duty at night was also very nice. He helped me get a taxi to the airport. Because I was worried that it was unsafe to go out late at night, he even walked me out the door and put me in the car.
3- You can order food in the room, the delivery speed is very fast, and the price is a little cheaper than outside
4- The location is very good, in the community, quiet, 200 meters away from the door through the underground passage is a medium-sized supermarket - convenient
5- Convenient transportation, you can walk to all major attractions in the city
6- If the check-in time has not arrived, luggage storage is provided and the luggage will be sent to the room when the check-in time comes.
7-Breakfast time is relatively long, from 8:00 to noon, which is more humane

I came from Georgia to Armenia by minibus. Yerevan city center is easy to navigate with just Google Maps and no Wi-Fi. Even though I don't speak English well, the hotel staff was very friendly and I was able to spend the day without any pressure. Thank you.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their responsiveness and care. In addition to the promised services and their decent quality, I received additional help. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff, I was left with a pleasant impression of Yerevan, which I visited for the first time. Now I have a desire to come here again.
