Room was clean with air conditioning. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The hotel is on Saryan street which is very lively and has a great of bars and restaurants. Also the property is 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center which makes it a great choice when staying a few nights in Yerevan.

The hotel is renamed to Saryan Hotel. What they offer is not equal to a 4-star Hotel. There is no even a fridge in the room. The location is geeat: Saryan Street is beautiful, lively and full of good cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic location, room with huge windows over looking a tall tree in bloom and the street below. The staff were excellent - we approached them with some queries and requests for assistance in various matters - all of which were responded to quickly with care and good cheer. They went out of their way to make us welcome and help, which meant a lot. Lovely tasty breakfast, and a great shop downstairs that sells artisan cheeses and beer. Recommend this place fully :)

Very well located, clean rooms. The best was the staff. Stela at the reception was kind to make us reservation in restaurants as well as ordering us taxis. Liliya prepared us amazing breakfast in the morning and had our rooms super clean. Artak opened us the door when we could came up late at night

I booked City Hotel for my friends who were coming to Armenia from Dubai. They like everything including breakfast and tours which were provided by their tour operator. The prices are also very cheap. It is so cheap that it seems that something is strange or the photos are not real and e.t.c I suggest City Hotel to everyone who comes to Armenia for Holidays.

- Bad sewer type smell in the room, worst mattress I´ve ever slept on (worn out to the point where you could feel every individual metal spring), bad sound insulation (including the sewer pipes).
