The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, Matera city center, and the Sassi. The room is comfortable, quiet, and clean. An electric kettle and cups would have been nice to have tea on a winter evening after long walks. The breakfast was quite good, and the variety of winter fruits was a pleasant surprise.

The studio is very good for couples—comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The amenities are complete and well maintained. We also received welcome food, which was very delicious and a nice touch.

Housekeeping cleaned the studio every day whenever we requested it. The staff are kind, helpful, and always polite.

As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets.

Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at—would return in a heartbeat! The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Special shout-out to Alexander at the front desk , who made our stay worthwhile. The lobby was elegant, with a refreshing scent and beautiful décor. Check-in was seamless. The room was just Immaculate—no dust, stains, or odors. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. I highly recommend

Economy rooms are not large. They are located in the basement of the building. All this creates an uncomfortable stay. The staff is responsive and polite.

The location is very good. About 200 meters away is Republic Square. The National History Museum of Armenia and the art exhibition are here. I didn't choose the hotel's breakfast. The price is very reasonable.

+ The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful.
- The room was a small: a passage between the bed and the wall was so narrow that it was difficult to walk there without hitting yourself.
