A wonderful guest house for a reasonable price! I had a spacious room with a huge balcony at my disposal. The bathroom was next door and I was the only one using it. The air conditioner worked properly, which is important given the temperature "overboard" of +40.
Sometimes it seemed like I was the only one living in the entire 3-story house. At the same time, the owner was always there and ready to help - to suggest where it is better to eat, take a walk, etc.
The location is also very convenient, it is about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to the Republic Square.
