The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. There are many cafes, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The location of the hotel is really very very good. It is situated in the heart of the city From trendy coffee shops to quaint sidewalk cafes, there's something to suit every taste within walking distance of the hotel. Everything you need just steps away from the hotel's doorstep.

I really liked that the rooms are very spacious. There are several showers. There is a swimming pool and a sauna in the basement. Wi-Fi is stable and fast enough. It is not located in the center, but that is even better. The center is easy to get to by metro. You can walk to the memorial.

The hotel is clearly new. The lobby is pleasant, and there's a kitchen on the second floor with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishes, and tables for sitting and eating. Mr. Arthur and family are the best host in armenia. Princ plaza is an amazing place to stay and the host makes it feel like home. Their breakfast is amazing and cheap. I just checked out from hotel. i had to give this review as it was very nice room with kitchenette and modern bathroom style. the receptionist Lilia was so lovely with positive vibes and very kind to my little girl which made our stay incredible . rooms are clean and staff are friendly. overall i had very pleasant stay and i will sure visit again. thank you !

The best company I have ever seen in YVN. The apartment was new renovated and the company has no commission for renting. They do not allow smoking in the apartment, that's why I choose them. Once a month they provide a free cleaning which is really good. I book an apartment for 6 months and every time during the cleaning they also sent a technical master to solve the technical problems.

Suitable for long-term stays as it has everything you need. The address is hard to find.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really happy. Room had a great little balcony, washing machine and overall the amenities that you would need. Room was clean and they were really thorough with making sure the room was as refreshed. I’d hung up some washed clothes outside and they thoughtfully brought in a drying rack which was kind. In general it is a good Hotel and we were lucky to grab some pretty attractive deal for 4 days. The only issue - a knife was taken (stolen?) from our room and never returned. This darkened our otherwise stellar experience. If you dont that much worry about loosing things in your room - absolutely good place. With pool and gym and (well, pretty expensive) breakfast.

No comments about this hotel.. It's in the best location right on north avenue.. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.. Everything is at your doorstep. Room was a bit small especially the bathroom but as a solo traveller u will still find it adequate.. Ibis next door is cheaper however this hotel is bit higher level

My overall experience was okay. The rooms were good and cozy, and grocery stores are nearby. However, there was no note or staff present when I arrived from the airport. The washroom was not very clean and lacked a wiper and a Muslim/Bidet shower.
