Retro Hostel is one of the best hostels I've visited while travelling. Karine was very flexible and accommodating towards me, was very helpful, helped me with organizing taxi to the airport. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe there. Room, same as hostel, was clean, bed was very comfortable. If I come back to Yerevan, I'll stay there for sure :)

An excellent hostel, the comfort level of which is in no way inferior to hotels: The hotel manager is always ready to help and advise on any request. Cleaning is daily, and linen is changed upon request. The location is close to the center, yet in a courtyard, so you can hear neither traffic noise nor crowds of tourists. Nice inexpensive hotel near the city center. The rooms are clean. The staff is very responsive and ready to help. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant. The food is very tasty. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel's location is good, but it's quite basic. It seems to be converted from a makeshift small bungalow, so the space is cramped. It's okay for one night, but laundry and drying facilities are inconvenient.

I recommend this hostel to everyone! The hosts, Susanna and her daughter, Sona, are very welcoming and kind. They're thoughtful and always ready to accommodate their guests. It's a charming place with a unique, homey feel. I want to stay! The location is convenient, in the center of Yerevan, at 54 Pushkin Street.

The hostel room is called a capsule, but it is very different from what I have stayed in before. It is made of wood and has a strong methanol smell. It is stuffy and uncomfortable to live in. Although the girl at the front desk wanted me to give a five-star review, I am sorry that it will mislead others. Except for being able to cook, there is no other advantage.

The location is not far from the central square, and there are many businesses around. The entrance is hard to find, and you need to be patient! The facilities are average, the attitude is average, and the price-performance ratio is average. The waiters generally don't smile, and English is very difficult!

Amazing location in the very center of Yerevan, very caring hostess Suzanna, she explained everything in detail, how to get there, how to find - there were no difficulties. I would also like to say thank you for allowing us to check in late at night, it was not scary and comfortable. The room and bed are very clean, the shower and toilet are also clean. I will definitely stay here next time!

The owner of this property is very helpful. I stay here for a weekend and one day I had high fever she gives me medicine as well food.

Family owned guesthouse. The Host and Hostess are very nice. Breakfast is hearty and yummy! Rooms are newly furnished, the bathrooms are small but has everything you need! :)

It was a perfect stay at the very central location, all the main sites are in a walking distance, supermarket, shopping mall and local market are in two-minute walk. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. All the spaces were clean. And the real heart of this place is the people working there! My great thanx to Lily, Zhanna, Sevan, Lucine!

Great atmosphere. Clean rooms and a large common space. Service very nice and helpful. Paid access to a washing machine and dryer. Good location - 10 minutes on foot from the Republic Square. Very tasty breakfasts in the price. Excellent price-quality ratio.

I stayed at that hostel for three nights and my feelings are mixed. I have to admit that the hostel is quite clean, extremely well organised, the toilets and the showers are very well organized, the kitchen too and the stuff is quite helpful. Quite cramped dorms, but what can you expect for €5 a night? Don't expect any privacy anywhere in this place, which is not necessarily a bad thing as you'll spend more time visiting and it's a very social hostel. Other than that, it's clean, well located, the staff is really nice and you can check-in much earlier than officially if your bed is ready. No air-con in the dorms.

Room is nice. There is a option for self cooking. 24/7 hot water available. Owner behavior is nice. He is cooperative and helpful nature. Supper market near to zebra hostel.

Well located hostel in Yerevan. Friendly, helpful owner. Nice cosy private rooms and dorms, some with view of Mt Ararat. Communal kitchen for use. Within walking distance to old Yerevan and major sights. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby as well. Recommended

Hello! My brother and I spent 3 days at Center Hostel in a private room. We needed to find a reception that is open 24/7 because our flight arrived late. Suzan welcomed us well. She is one of the most easy going people I know. She is sweet and friendly. The hostel offers a familial ambience. We felt really well. I guess that the place could us a little fix up... Other than that, only positive things...

We stayed 2 lovely nights. It is hard to describe it as a hostel, because thanks to Suzanna we felt like at home. The location is superb! I would stay again

The hostel is perfectly located, only walking distance from Republic Square Metro Station. There are cheap BBQ and bakery nearby. Staff are really nice.

Pinoy is the best Hostel I’ve been to in Armenia! It’s very clean, tidy and quiet. Also the owner is super nice and helpful and cooks fresh breakfast everyday :)

Me and my sister went to Armenia first week this April and booked a 2 day tour from Ate Irene. So far the cheapest, most accommodating and hassle-free tour we had experienced!
