Breakfasts aren't great. Room service is mostly tasty and inexpensive (sturgeon/sterlet is expensive and not tasty). The mattresses are very hard. The sauna and pool included are excellent. The hotel is relatively new. Parking is free. The Deluxe room is spacious and quite comfortable. Check if the large outdoor pool is under renovation if you need it.

Great hotel - new, clean, modern! 15 minutes to the city center by taxi. The rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view from the windows! I stayed at this hotel and overall the experience was good. The room was clean and the location was convenient. However, there were a couple of issues: climbing the cascading stairs in the evening was quite strenuous, and the breakfast was repetitive, despite the promise of a buffet.

Great location, easy access to attractions, and a great cardio workout after delicious lunches and dinners up the cascade. Very pleasant and polite staff!

Amazing hotel for the value. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything is clean and feels very modern. The spa facilities are very cosy and conveniently placed in one room, so it's possible to easily shuffle between them. The mountains view from the window is an icing on the cake. It's on par with top hotels in the center but for a much lower price.

A cozy hotel located a bit out of the city center (a 20-minute taxi ride to the central square). The staff is attentive and can offer helpful tips on excursions and other activities. The breakfasts are filling, but I'd like more variety and a larger selection of fruit (we only had peaches and grapes, along with a fruit salad). I'd also like to see some fish added to the breakfast selection.

I had a bad experience; it's not worth the review. The hotel is relatively new, but the rooms are small, and it's located on a main road, making it extremely noisy. The hotel service was also terrible; the staff were always indifferent.

Initially I was skeptical, but I’ll definitely stay here again! The staff are kind and patient. They also speak multiple languages which is very useful and helpful. You’re greeted with a glass of wine and a smile. What more do you need?

The hotel's location is good; the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and inexpensive via an app. Cleanliness and the staff's English skills were also positive aspects. A Mediocare Hotel. The hotel was mediocre. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The air conditioning was not working. The hotel was in an isolated location with no restaurants or amenities near by. The breakfast was very basic.

Very comfortable apartments. There's a shopping center nearby. Friendly staff. Artur, the manager, is always ready to help with any questions. Susanna, the administrator, is a customer-focused specialist. There's an on-site restaurant. Ashot, the employee, can fix anything.

Its a good place given the price being under 40 dollars. Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price.

I arrived to the hotel at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation and forgot to inform them that I will be late! Then I received a surprise call from a friend who also arrived to yerevan and I decided to change my hotel and stay in my friend's hotel! They was very friendly about my decision, cancelled my reservation without any charges and offered me coffee until my taxi arrives! I will surely come back...

Good hotel and compared to its 3 star ranking, it was beneficial. The management was iranian guy and one of the staff was iranian too. But the rest of staff neither speak farsi nor english. It was not very clean and bad smell bothered us. Breakfast was not self service and mostly iranian students seeking US visa, go there. Good location and fair price.

Yeah I rate it 4 stars because it's a 4 star hotel :) no but in all seriousness the staff is friendly, can speak English, prices are affordable and breakfast is pretty good too. Clean rooms. Just don't expect breathtaking views (from our room we could see a car wash and a garage).
