The hotel is in a good location. Despite being close to the train tracks, there is no noise, and the staff is friendly. The room itself was spacious.

Unfortunately, the room was poorly maintained and extremely dirty. The kitchen and all appliances were especially filthy, and even the dishes were not properly cleaned. There was dust and dirt everywhere, and the washing machine was unhygienic. On top of that, the sofa and chairs were covered in dog hair. The whole room felt messy and unpleasant.

We asked to change the room. The second room was better, but still not properly clean.

Overall, we were very disappointed. Luckily, we only stayed for two nights. We will not return.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. There are many shops nearby, offering a wide variety of delicious options, especially the coffee shop downstairs from the hotel, which serves excellent drinks. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

This hotel is perfectly placed to explore the areas around South Yarra. The train station is a few minutes walk away at the top of the road on Toorak Road, with the CBD being only 2 stops away. It is just as easy to access other lovely areas around, such as Prahran Market, Brighton (famous beach huts) and many others. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and pleasant with nothing being too much trouble. The room was extremely comfortable with all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. There were facilities we didn't use, such as a gym.

Very conveniently situated beside a train station and tramt stop with abundant shopping and dining. A short walk away. My apartment clearly had not been clean thoroughly with food left in the fridge from a previous guest and bed sheets were not tucked in properly. Apartment looked dark and gloomy due to the colors of the carpet and Furniture with numerous scuff marks on the white walls. Maintenance needs some serious attention.

The room is large, has a terrace and a wide view. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as a washer and dryer; in the bathroom, as expected, you must bring your own mouthwash supplies, and slippers are not provided. There are fewer shops nearby at night. There is a convenience store at the subway station next to it, but it is not open permanently. There is a supermarket about ten minutes' walk away that is open until midnight.

First of all, the location of the hotel is not very good. It is not in the CBD.
The lobby is well designed
The service is very good and very enthusiastic, but there is obviously not enough staff. There is only one person in charge of the front desk and room service.
The room is very large, with one bedroom, one living room, one balcony, one kitchen and one toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer.
But the facilities are very old, dirty and dilapidated. The room has a very uncomfortable smell. The wifi is very, very slow.
The bedding was not good and it was uncomfortable to sleep on.
All in all, I don’t recommend everyone to stay here.

The location was very convenient as it was close to the station. It was right next to the railroad tracks, but the noise didn't bother me.
Regarding the service, they did not come to clean the room according to the service information provided on the paper when I checked in.
The shower room was dusty and not very comfortable.
The windows were not curtains, but roll curtains, so the inside was completely visible from the outside.
The amenities did not include a toothbrush and slippers. I didn't have detergent to wash the dishes, so I called and was asked to come to the lobby to take pictures. I had just taken a bath and was wearing night clothes, so I went to pick it up the next morning.

Excellent service. Food is terrific. Barramundi is to die for. My husband had the filet. He loved it. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Went here for a work dinner. Great service, very fine dining, quality of food seems good but very over rated.
The steak with its seasoning was nice but honestly, I have had better steaks at a local venue for a quater of the price.
Onion rings were extremely oily.
The next day I was very sick.
I don't recommend this place to any of my friend or family as it is way to expensive amd won't coming back here again.

Food was good. Pleasant atmosphere. However we felt that service was quite rude. During the collection of empty plates, waiter actually had the plate went over the head of one of our guests instead of collecting it from the side.
We are asians visiting there with our guest who was a regular. I thought I was being sensitive, however everyone mentioned that they noticed the same misconduct after the dinner. Which I am sure that is a big misconduct of fine dining code of service. Very disappointing.

Nestled in the small Yarra Lane on the corner of Claremont Street, this steak restaurant is a reincarnation of the Steer Bar and Grill which was originally attached to the Olsen Hotel on nearby Chapel Street. The selection of steaks are impressive. We were shown the cuts of meat on a platter to help us choose. They were cooked to perfection. The wine list was also impressive with something for everyone. The restaurant seemed reasonably well staffed for a busy Friday night, but the service was a little slow and waiters could have been more attentive.

Really enjoyed our meal at Pinocchio's. Great little Italian with friendly staff and really yummy pizzas. Will most definitely be heading back here again. Also weekday offers look like great value.

Pretty decent pizza. Friendly servers. Slow service though, takes a long time to get served. Seems like they take your order and then forget you are even there. Which would be more understandable if you weren't the only person in the restaurant at the time. Eaten there several times. Best tasting pizza in the area.

Service here is usually decent and they have a $20 lunch menu (I think it's called "quick stix") that suits a short lunchbreak. Our business tends to go here for birthdays, leaving parties, celebrations etc. because the seating can accommodate large groups and staff are happy to take orders ahead to make the process more efficient.

Looks good but the service is really but, since I walked in, there’s no one come to serve me even when I was sitting there for a while until I asked them give me the menu.
There’s a woman saw me sitting there but she went to check out for other costumes that’s fine but after that she didn’t even come to me.
