However, there are several things that definitely need improvement. Firstly, the room temperature was too hot and there was no opportunity to manage it except for opening the windows. Also, there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, I wouldn’t expect that from a 4-stars hotel. And the staff serving the food was not only really slow and messed things up (providing food we didn’t order and expecting us to pay), but also extremely unfriendly. Here, I definitely expect a much better service from a 4-star restaurant, but I’m not sure if this is due to the Covid-situation. The food was ok, but also not special. Unfortunately, according to my experience I cannot really recommend it.
Not the least a variety of food both in morning, afternoon snack and the evening dinner, with several starters, salat buffet, mains and desserts.
All the staff in the restaurant, in the reception, the cleaning and so on were always very polite, smiling and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay very much, and will gladly recommend it :)
