Bansko, Pirin Golf Resort 🧭 Map
We had a wonderful weekend at Pirin Golf! Peace, relaxation, and a truly lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. The place is beautiful and definitely worth visiting.”
Great Mountain resort with external pools and stunning views. We are not golf players, but they offered free golf lessons. It was really interesting for us, as we have never tried to pay golf before. Food was delicious and the variety was enough to satisfy individual preferences. Rooms are spacious and are well equipped. Staff is speaking also English, which help foreigners to receive all the information...
Place with unique nature, very good spa and personal that is friendly and helpful. The ladies that clean rooms do amazing work. The place is kids friendly, cozy and quiet.
Nice and polite staff, perfect location! Atmosphere was verry nice. Rooms are big!Clean areas! Noise level-perfect!
Excellent resort, great restaurants, amazing facilities
A wonderful hotel with the potential to be perfect if the rooms undergo a refreshing renovation. In our room, the balcony door was loose and could have fallen at any moment, and the light bulb in the bathroom wasn't working, but it was replaced promptly. As we stayed during one of the hottest weeks of the year, the room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning. However,...

Everything was okay. The room was large (we were 2+2) and cleaned daily. The food was varied, everyone could find something for themselves. You could walk to the sea in exactly 7 minutes. The water in the pools was clean. Of course, there were some downsides. The room needed renovation, most of the food was mediocre, and the water in the pools was cold. We knew where we were going and nothing surprised...
It is a nice family hotel. Rooms are spacious. Two swimming pools and an area for children. Located near the beach. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke.
Very nice hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful balcony view, good food. The only reason why I will not come back is the cold water in every pool, even for the kids. Really cold. Probably that's why the pool area is always empty ore very few people around. If you don't need a pool the hotel is perfect.
Average! No parking, you must park in a forest and cross the road to get to Hotel.
Good: Spaceous room and bathroom, clean, bright. Breakfast was diverse. Air conditioning system was quick and powerful. I liked the stereo system in the bathroom.
Bad: There was nothing to hang your wet clothes/towels/bathing suits even though there was a terrace - and this is rather important at beach resort. There was also no water heater and coffee/tea left, which you'd expect for a room of this...
Nice new clean hotel. Solid 4 stars, 5 stars maybe.
Good:
Clean, new, good size rooms, good selection of food, swimming pools not overcrowded. Very friendly staff, all our requests sorted very quickly to our full satisfaction.
Good place for families with children.
Very quite during the day.
Not so good:
Except reception, staff communication skills just terrible.
Children animator just a joke, worst...

A nice hotel, but definitely not a 5-star one.
The rooms are OK, but they need maintenance. For example in ours the air-conditioning was not working (and it was a really old Midea one), so I had to request a heater (3 times).
The toiler was leaking as well, which was a bit annoying (because of the sound it was making), but as long as you keep the door to the bathroom closed - this wasn't a problem...
We only used the restaurant, so I have no clue what the rooms look like. As for the restaurant, food was delicious, it was well above our expectations. The place looks classy, no one minded we had our ski gear on. I gave overall 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1. The waiter confused and served my daughter's pizza to the table beside us, she had to wait another 30 minutes, I know it happens. 2. The price of...
Maggie was one of the best customer service receptionist that we had met on our tour of Bulgaria.
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Rich Velingrad. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Special thanks for going above and beyond to make our stay marvelous. Highly recommend!
Hotel Rich in Velingrad offers a luxurious stay with elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities, making it a top choice for relaxation. The staff is attentive and the ambiance is warm, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The on-site restaurant serves delicious local cuisine, enhancing the overall experience.
The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and treated us with the upmost respect. The SPA center is a bit small, but it’s well maintained and very clean. We were lucky to stay in the hotel whenever it wasn’t very crowded. We couldn’t try the piano bar sadly as didn’t work on weekdays, but the staff gave us a tour of it and it seemed marvellous. The hotel overall is amazing and we would...

Nice and quiet place at the foot of mountain. Elegant atmosphere, discreet chic. Perfect service! I'll be back for sure!
Lovely hotel! Fantastic breakfast!! Secure private parking. We really enjoyed our stay!Definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for 2 days mid-September 2023. It is a very nice
family owned hotel, there always seems to be a friendly face around. I found the owner very helpful and knowledgeable. My room was very clean and even though I was at the front of the hotel it was very peaceful and quiet. They also have a restaurant nextdoor - Freddo, which has a nice selection of food, reasonably priced,. The hotel...
A real gem for a family trip
This hotel is a real gem. Located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, it offers rooms with magnificent views (our studio was proof of this). The amenities are comfortable, luxurious, and tastefully chosen.

5 stars hotel located in gilder sands outdid Varna. Good if you have a car or take taxi. Main attractions are the ****** if you like it and good breakfast and dinner. The beach in this season is deserted and everything is closed. They have nice indoor swimming pool and a gym. Air on go only as low as 24 degrees. I was upgraded to vip floor with a nice room
The hotel is generally not bad, but for this price, it does not meet my expectations. The room we were accommodated in did not meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The prices at the pool bar are very high, and the breakfast is the same every day.
In overall nice hotel, but had unpleasunt expirience with reception that quite ruined overall impression - asked about option for late checkout, was told it is possible, went to exchance to local currency to pay for late checkout, when returned to pay was told it is impossible when guy at reception blamed me in a lie about previous late checkout approval and didn't appologize for it even after confirming...
Overall, everything is fine, it's just the age of the hotel and it's time to do some renovations.
The hotel is nice. It has a spa and massage centre. The room was big and modern and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The Tv is small and obsolete with no casting options, so you can't stream from your phone. Overall, cleanliness is everywhere. Smells nice and pleasant. Just be careful with the expensive alcohol! Mine was diluted with water, hence the blurry colour of the Rakia. When...

Amazing experience, the staff was very jelpful and services were for a true 5 stars hotel. Especially thanks for Margarita, the lady at the Torro premium, she is in love with hospitality! Congrats for such wonderful team and place!
From the moment I pulled in with my car I received stellar service. The room was beyond 10. It was warm from the previous guest and I could not figure out how to cool it down so called the front desk and they were up in 2 minutes fixing the issue. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and the best yogurt I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel. I am not easily impressed and I was.
Definitely one of the best city hotels I have been in. From the room, through the massage, to the posh breakfast... Everything was great!
Nice luxureous hotel in the middle of Plovdiv. Great service and excellent a la carte breakfast.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located, making it a great choice for any stay. However, what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Their professionalism and warmth turned my stay into something truly wonderful and memorable. I would definitely come back again! Perfect for kids .
I joined the Lucky Bansko Fit and Wellness program starting on April 17, and I can honestly say it was much more than a weight loss program — it was a true reset for both body and mind. From the very first day, I felt the high level of professionalism, excellent organization, and individual attention to each participant. The program is very well balanced, combining outdoor activities in nature, wellness...

Our stay was amazing! We checked in on Christmas night and didn’t feel at all that part of the staff was not present - the guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. Staying here feels like stepping into a story. You sense the layers of history the moment you walk in, but everything is balanced with modern comfort and a soft, minimal aesthetic. The blend of architecture, design, and art is seamless — never overwhelming, just quietly powerful. A truly special place for anyone who appreciates spaces with depth, character, and soul.
This hotel is a beautiful example of how architecture can be respectfully reimagined. The building carries so much history, yet the interiors feel calm, contemporary, and intentional. Every space is thoughtfully designed — from the textures and materials to the curated art — creating an atmosphere that feels both inspiring and grounding. It’s the kind of place where you slow down naturally and really...
Hotel Vizualiza in Plovdiv exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to walk to the Old Town and all the main sights. The hotel itself feels modern yet cozy, with a stylish design that makes you feel comfortable the moment you step in.

Great experience in hotel Amira! Very clean, rooms are big and comfortable, but what impressed me the most was the service! Mrs. Aleksandra Georgieva on reception was extremely polite and made sure everything with our stay was perfect! Thank you again 😊
Love the place! The best asset this place has are the people working here. So nice, so gentle, so smiling. Thank you to the whole team that made our stay so great
Big rooms, good breakfasts, the ski room is quite small and not enough warm. The cleaning is only to change towels and make the bed. The transportation to the gondola is not working like what they show at the front desk , you will have to go by foot. The rooms are quite big with a little kitchen
Exceptional stay – truly beyond 5 stars!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our experience at Amira Boutique Hotel Bansko was absolutely outstanding and truly beyond what a 5-star hotel offers. The hotel features beautiful spaces, a warm and elegant atmosphere, and an overall feeling of luxury combined with comfort.
The restaurant deserves special recognition. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with amazing flavors...
Very nice and clean place and and very nice people working there. Coming here for 3 years in a row for during season. My kids love Amira and ask to book for the following year before we leave ☺️
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amira, however there are a couple of points of feedback: - the shuttle bus times in the room aren't up to date which caused confusion, and on occasion a different hotel bus would pick you up and this wasn't always made clear so could be easily missed - no coffee facilities in the rooms - we believe the suites offered this but not the rooms. Otherwise, the staff...

The scenery around the hotel is amazing. There is a main hotel and a few apartment building scattered around it. The hotel rooms are comfy and renovated. You can also rent an apartment in one of the other buildings. Apartments are generally only operated (not owned) by the hotel and their condition may vary. We were using the half-board option and the food was great. There is also a-la-cart restaurant...
we spent our summer vacation in St. Thomas. we had great time, they have private beds with umbrellas at the beaches + five swimming pools for the guests. the food was amazing. the view from our room was amazing, probably the best we have ever had. but the best of all were ladies at the reception, Zenka, Maya and Nina. if we had any problem, they would solve it quickly and with smile.
the only downside...
We really enjoyed the place. We attended a wedding there. Great view of the sea, large spacious rooms. The food was great. we had no time to check the SPA, but it was also available.
The breakfast could have been a bit more complete, e.g. I couldn't find ayran. There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction...
We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable. Fish is from the freezrer, cheapest type and the list goes on...
Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel.
Some things are just annoying:
- Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!).
- having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room..why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel..
Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

Best hotel have ever been to, Great location, great food, great drinks, great staff, nothing to complain about. Going again this year
This was in most respects, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate throughout, and spacious inside and out. The dining experience was excellent and staff always attentive. The room (415) was enormous and beautifully fitted out with a full sea view from the large balcony. The only gripe was that we couldn't get the excellent looking TV to do anything at all. We had seen poor reviews...
Great hotel adults only, comfortable beds and room service is available and fridge made up daily, staff are lovely, food is good plenty of variety. Location is very good but be prepared that end of September is almost end of season, a lot of shops are closing down or shut, trips are unavailable or less choice of days available, especially if weather isn't good. Overall would recommend hotel and area
Super relaxing I have just arrived home after the most relaxing week ever. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff cannot do enough for you. I have read other reviews that say the staff are rude but that couldn't be further from the truth. I think the issue is the language barrier because the staff are all very polite when you speak with them. There is food available from the hotel 24/7. The...
Excellent hotel facilities, staff impeccable in the bars and restaurants. Through lovely weather and storm days everyone helped. The location is ideal near the end of Sunny Beach to the quieter end at Sveti Vlas and the historic town of Nessebar, a bus ride away. Highly recommended .Thanks to all staff for a great stay
Immaculate spotless hotel. Absolutely stunning. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I do feel however they could cater a bit more for the English however you will not starve. Food is plentiful. Along with AMAZING ice cream and cakes. Beds are comfortable but do tend to slide apart. The pillows are like clouds to sleep on Absolutely lush. I will start by saying that the Reception is the place that makes the first impression of the guests, and in this hotel it was not good at all. We were...
The hotel is not yet geared toward international visitors. Information is only available in Bulgarian, whether at the buffet, in the spa, etc. It's a 5-star hotel with a few minor flaws. None of them are so serious individually, but unfortunately, they add up. The landscape is beautiful.
Very nice hotel. We come here for the second time. Nice and clear rooms. Good Spa center. Separation for little children and families came here to relax. Very delicious food -sea food, shrimps, salmon and etc. Will visit soon again.
Hotel is nice, pools really awesome, but the service really lacks behind. The SPA area accepts only cash and never has small change. Then it is the client duty to go and look for small change or he is not allowed to order. With the prices on all products - one would think the POS fee is covered even if I order just a coffee.
I visit every few months as an outside guest mainly to use their spa complex, which is the biggest in Velingrad (I think) I am very pleased with the experience.
Very rude restaurant manager, switch our table without asking us and after telling him we have a problem with that he said he doesn’t care there was also cigaret box left on the new table. This is unacceptable behavior of someone in such a position in a hotel.

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva.
Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles.

Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge...
