I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, but this is probably the first time I’ve experienced a hotel closing its restaurant area for a party and allowing loud music to play until 3:30 AM. Being woken up by the noise and then going down to the lobby only to be met with an indifferent attitude from the staff made the experience even more disappointing. These are behaviours that definitely do not suit...

The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio. I highly recommend it, especially to families with children.

We booked a vacation through a travel agency. We were given a suite (living room with a sofa bed for the kids) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A balcony with a beautiful sea view! The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed. The complex was beautiful, green, and had plenty of pools. The food was very good.

The name is well deserved. If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby.

Wonderful place! Great staff, nice rooms, clean and large spa areas and big pools. The nearby bowling and billiards make it a perfect place for a family holiday. The live club is a must.

Had a fantastic T-bone steak in the restaurant tonight. The bread for starters was warm, fresh and delicious. A great menu and each dish perfectly presented and full of flavour. A lovely place to treat yourself to dinner.

We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. The hotel does have old decor but that gives it a very cosy feel. All staff polite, smiling and welcoming, food amazing, ski hire below hotel. We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning. Having been to Pamporovo many times and stayed in The Orvelets at least 4 times I feel that the standard is dropped . In particular 1.
