The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio. We booked a vacation through a travel agency. We were given a suite (living room with a sofa bed for the kids) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A balcony with a beautiful sea view! The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed. The complex was beautiful, green, and had plenty of pools. The food was very good.

The name is well deserved. If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby.

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. I really don't understand why the owners don't update the information about the hotel. It is a top 5 stars hotel, not 3 stars as it is written. I've been to 34 countries, and this is the best mountain hotel ever been to. It has also some Michelin accreditations. We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning. Actually, this is an advanced 3-star (3, not 5!) hotel, complemented by a large spa complex with several hot-, mild- and cold-spring pools and saunas. Breakfast and dinner are below the most modest expectations. Mid in general but the cleaning lady was so nice I love her 3rd floor it was the greatest part of the hotel. Interior was good, but our TV didn't work properly.

location really depends. it’s the best in town from all of them hotels if you like a quiet place, but not really close to the centre and other places. pretry great views and all, food is great, i think it can be done better for sure.
