The hotel is generally not bad, but for this price, it does not meet my expectations. The room we were accommodated in did not meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The prices at the pool bar are very high, and the breakfast is the same every day.

Beautiful place, excellent food with options for everyone, very clean rooms and very helpful staff. Very close to the beach, only five minutes at a leisurely pace. Every evening there is maybe a hour of music for children to have fun, so good place for families with children. We hope to come back next year, we had a lovely time. Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain. On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e.g. Harmony Suites we paid a similar price...

Very friendly staff, booked us in 2 hours earlier as the room was available. Rooms are clean, housekeeping and everything working. Compare to other places in Bulgaria these people know how to offer good customer service. Any issues resolved fast. I was happy to stay there and girls at reception and bar, do a fantastic job.

Overall, it was good It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good. On the downside - the mattresses were not very comfort and the resturant quality was somewhat below average (maybe because we were in the offseason, but still).

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The buildings and the common grounds are amortized and not well maintained. It’s wet and slippery around the pools. The restaurants are expensive for the quality of the food and the location.
