I love everything about this place.The staff is so nice and respectful.I almost never switch up my order at any place accept at this restaurant because all the food is just wonderful.They improved their cooking a lot over the years.Me and my perants have been coming here for the past 9 years in a row and we don't intend of stopping

Adorable hotel! We come here every year- nice place, delicious healthy food, clean rooms, great experience! We feel at home here as a family with two kids. The pool is also great and comfortable. We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage. Spa is ok but try the Luga ☺️

What a thrill ! Highly recommended resort. We loved the place where we decided to spend a week of holidays with family. It offers everything you need to the point that you don't necessarily need to go out in the evening after a sporty day of hiking or skiing. Excellent accommodation! We had a large two bedrooms apartment, which included two bathrooms and a huge livingroom. It had a balcony with lovely views, which allowed the smokers in the group to stay close. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and played pool every night. We rented a apartment privately but did stay in the hotel for 1 night in a studio which was ok, however no kettle cups ir anything like that, we had breakfastthat 1st morning and it aas ok just not to my kids taste as they are fussy eaters, Pool is lovely only thing I could possibly fault is no outside toilets by the pool so a bit of a pain with a 3 year old so had to take her in and out to the one...

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. Just got back from a 7 night stay. Family of 5 2 adults 3 children (17,15,7). We had a 4th floor 2 bedroom apartment. The views were beautiful and the location was lovely altho you would need car hire as a bit out of nowhere. The apartment was ok bit basic. On arrival we had no kettle, cutlery or cooking equipment. Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! This is the second time we book a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony here. Inexpensive and pretty spacious, although the parking is not free (12lev/day). This apartment only has AC in the open space living room but it's okay because it gets cold at nights anyway. The water in the bathroom is a bit tricky. On our first day we ran out of hot water once 2 of us showered for about 10 minutes.

Stayed there for a week in June 2019. It was a delightful stay indeed due to the efforts of amazing hosts Natalia and Yuri. I want to explicitly underline how clean are the rooms,and super spacious. In 3 days the room nobody come to clean or to change the towels, the food was ok, for spa you have to pay extra for bathrobe and towel and the humid sauna smells a bit like mold. there is room for improvement!

We have just stayed here for 7 nights. Myself and my 2 children. It was a nice hotel, the staff were friendly especially the guy behind the bar he was brilliant with my daughter she loved the kids cocktails. Pool was nice and warm. Stayed as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. Location is good. If you need to walk to the gondola this takes around 8 minutes. Shuttle is available to and from gondola but is a small 9 seater bus that fills quickly in the morning, less so in the afternoon. Supermarket 4 minutes away. The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was badly stocked, if we had wanted to cook it would have been tricky. Breakfast was OK, but no toast, evening meal again was OK, large portions, but no drinks available- we were told water was only for breakfast, the shuttle bus had been replaced with a car which was fine for 2 of us but would have been a problem for any larger groups. This is an aparthotel. It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market. Apartment with two bedrooms. Impressions are ambiguous. Pros: a huge terrace where you can relax, large room area, 200m to the sea, low price (280 € 7 nights). Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains. Microwave, hair dryer, toaster, oven declared at the time of booking are not available...

Im still here, thankfully, this is the cleanest, frienliest hotel iv ever stayed in, rooms huge, i have a sofa on my balcony, pools lovely foods great. Without a doubt the best cheap/value hotel iv ever stayed in

Fantastic hotel lovely staff, close to the beach and bars 10 minute walk. We will be booking again for next year, room was clean and tidy, cleaners were excellent and very friendly, cleaned daily, bed was very comfortable, local bars were excellent and very cheap.

I overall liked my experience at the hotel. I stayed for 7 nights at the end of June. It has just been refreshed for the season and the rooms were nice. The staff is very polite. The rooms are cleaned very well. There are some details that can be improved (like having a bin in the room) but overall it is good value for the money.

Great apartment Hotel, located at very good spot, great at summer and also great at Winter, really close to ski road, so you can almost do ski-out , just go over the road and put your ski on.

I stayed in an apartment in this facility and it was spacious and well equipped although a few tea bags and coffee sticks would have been a nice touch. I was taken aback by the fact that we needed to make our own bed at night as the duvet didn't have a sheet (?!). What they may lack in certain features you might want, the staff and service they provide is well worth staying here. We have just returned home from a long weekend and we just want to thank everyone at Mountain View for being so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The eggs for breakfast are an absolute must as well! Best I've had in years.

Clean location, spacious apartment, but there are problems with how to get to the location because the booking address is not correct. Otherwise everything is ok.

The hotel is exactly as advertised. The rooms as spacious and the location is great, only 5 minutes from the gondola. The only drawback for us was the breakfast. The dishes are fixed and you can't eat all you want as it happens in other hotels. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant.
