The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub. The design is minimal yet warm, with thoughtful details that instantly help you relax. We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below.. Location is fantastic...many clubs anf nice bars for daytime drinking in the neighboorhood....

I don’t want others to have the same disappointment as us. We upgraded to a sea view room which was the view of a night club which we knew nothing about. I really don't understand why the owners don't update the information about the hotel. It is a top 5 stars hotel, not 3 stars as it is written. I've been to 34 countries, and this is the best mountain hotel ever been to. It has also some Michelin accreditations. The service and the facilities in the hotel are the same level as the top 5 stars hotels in the Alps.

The hotel needs a refreshing renovation, especially the spa center, which I don't think can accommodate the number of people. Everything was good. The room was large and had a nice view from the terrace. The beds were comfortable.

Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Two great beaches around. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition. TV in the bathroom. Classical style. Very kind staff and management. Really worth 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again in the future when being around.

This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. The hotel room is huge and provided with adequate amenities. Not to mention the high standard of services , staff are friendly and endeavor to help.
