Apart Hotel Sirona in Bansko

We stayed in Apart Hotel Sirona for three weeks and fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived.

The hotel is located in nature, with a view of green mountains and trees where ever we look.

The room is spacious and well equipped - there is an oven, stove and a big refrigerator.

We asked for kitchen equipment from the staff and got everything we need, if you plan to cook on your own though, I would recommend bringing your own cutting knives and similar small equipment.

We enjoyed cooking and eating family meals in the porch.

The hotel is very well maintained.

We enjoyed the spa, the yard and the kids room.

Breakfast buffet is pretty fixed with some small variety.

The food in the restaurant is tasty and above all- the entire staff is lovely and very helpful.

The staff helped us with every request, always with a smile and genuinely trying to assist.

Do note that the hotel is considered to be in the town of Razlog but is really about ten minutes from the town itself, nested in the mountains.

The road there is accessible and well lit.

Around the hotel you can find several walking routes that you can walk in and are very pretty.

This was our home for three weeks and were very happy for it.

Very comfortable place, I enjoyed it very much. The service is amazing, as well as the rooms. Everything was very clean and orderly. Highly recommended 👌

Wonderful place to bike very nice landscape and not easy climbing

An excellent place from where to visit explore the region. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The wellness centre includes a jacuzzi, steam room, finnish sauna, russian sauna and more. There is also a friendly fox that visits for titbits during mealtimes.

Big rooms, incredible food and cute SPA. But the best part was the hotel personnel - really kind, always greeting guests and smiling. Truly, I've rarely experienced such amazing service. Will surely be back.

Very nice hotel! Incredibly clean, calm and cozy! The views of Pirin are truly stunning. At least from our apartment it was so, but judging by the architecture of the complex, most likely in most cases this is a fact. Very, very friendly staff - smiling, friendly, always ready to serve young people! At times I was uncomfortable with such attention :) Breakfast and dinner are buffet - delicious and plentiful! The lighting of a fire in the evening among the silence of the trees and the whisper of the mountain creates a unique feeling of coziness!
The relaxation center is small, but with all the conditions for real relaxation. Especially the jacuzzi overlooking the pines .... Magical!
Only one or two small recommendations (no remarks). It would be good to have a table and chairs on the large and wide balconies for additional relaxation in the open air. There is no place to lay the wet swimsuit or the wet towel. Surprisingly, there is no hairdryer in the room, but this is not a problem because it was provided immediately upon request.
And everything is so clean! Hygiene is at a very high level in this hotel!
But the most valuable is the silence, tranquility and wonderful staff!
We are looking forward to the opening of the outdoor pool and we would like to visit this place again with pleasure.
The advertised themed evenings (Russian, Serbian, Greek, etc.) seem very interesting to me and I would be happy to take advantage of such an offer.

Most beautiful hotel in the region!

Amazing hotel. That's all I can say. The service is of the highest level I have ever come across. Every employee is polite, with a suit and manners. They treat each client with respect and understanding. The hotel itself is in a unique place with amazing views at the foot of the mountain. Very modern and contemporary, with spacious rooms, clean, immaculate, with bathrobe and slippers for each guest. The garden is incredibly beautiful with various activities such as archery, badminton and trampoline. The spa is terribly relaxing. They have a large jacuzzi with views, a Russian and Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a relaxation area. Everything is new and high quality. I have no words for the food and service in the restaurant. The food was on a completely different level, a truly unique cuisine and each dish was made divine. We didn't want to leave at all. Many thanks to the staff for the whole experience and service! We will definitely visit again. I highly recommend! 👍🏻
