Hotels with sea view in Sunny Beach

We had a lovely stay in the Grand Hotel Sunny Beach. My family and I were in an apartment on the 9th floor and we had a great room with sea view. The hotel is recently renovated

All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. The beach was quiet and beautiful I even took the most amazing pic of the sunset

The evening entertainment was extremely fun and we had the most amazing time ever. Would definitely recommend and come back next year

Very enjoyable and pleasant stay as a whole

On the 10th day of my holiday they cut our wrist bands of at 12pm, we were leaving at 6. We could use inclusive until 2pm. So people going home at 11pm, had no inclusive for 9hours

Food good for a few days, then it was recycled into other dishes, bread stale and choices were getting less on desserts, mostly biscuits. Food became cold and less appealing

The staff were outstanding—housekeeping cleaned the room daily and changed the bed linens every other day. The dining options were varied and delicious, with plenty of fresh fish and seafood

Our room was furnished with modern, comfortable furniture, featured whisper-quiet air conditioning, and had a spacious balcony with views of either the sea or the pool

Alongside tempting desserts and a wide selection of fruit, there were several flavors of ice cream to choose from. Bars operated from morning until late evening, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Everything was super from personal, rooms to food. The hotel is build near the beach and everything was clear. Thanks for good destination.

Location is very good but be prepared that end of September is almost end of season, a lot of shops are closing down or shut, trips are unavailable or less choice of days available, especially if weather isn't good

Very clean, big rooms, good food, nice atmosphere, well trained personal. What we didn’t like was that half of the beach seats were occupied with towels at 6 am, even though the hotel policy forbids it

The room (415) was enormous and beautifully fitted out with a full sea view from the large balcony. The only gripe was that we couldn't get the excellent looking TV to do anything at all

It was a surprising omission for an otherwise first class American hotel. It was too late in the season to enjoy the fantastic pool experience- we'll travel a bit earlier next time

Most of the time people never even come back to their seats or stay very little, while the ones who actually stay at the beach have to wait for someone to take their towels

The location is ideal near the end of Sunny Beach to the quieter end at Sveti Vlas and the historic town of Nessebar, a bus ride away. Thanks to all staff for a great stay

We had room nr 233 and wifi didn't reach there and in rception there was wifi so busy that you had to wait like 3min to load short news.

It was a great time of holiday . The hotel is old but it deserve the money and had a big great pool !

Clean apartment, nice pools, good food. The Italian a la cart reasurant is excellent. The beach is near and there is a beach bar. Really nice animators- Dinko, Beny and Gabby. Program for children and adults

But in the evening everything was fine – the food in the dining hall was delicious, it was clean, and everything was constantly being cleaned and washed. I would come back again!! Thank you!!!

The reps went out if their way to always make us feel very welcome, and could not do enough to keep my 9 year old daughter entertained. This is one place I will definitely be going back to

Perfect location close to the night life and the beach. Perfect service and food. Good animation. Beverages, coffee and ice cream are of mediocre quality. I would repeat definitely.

Then she just pointed us in the direction of our room on the third floor, and we had to find it ourselves with a heavy suitcase. We were tired, hungry, and disappointed

A wonderful place for a family holiday. The room was clean and cozy. The food was various and delicious. The staff were amazing. Especially the animation team - they were fantastic.

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

We stayed 3 days in MPM Hotel Astoria. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Reception was very helpful and the whole hotel was tidy and had a good vibe. No lines to the bar neither in the restaurant

Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

All I can say everything was perfect anyone not happy with this hotel should have spent more money.Would highly recommend and will be back next year

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

Myself and friends stayed at hotel Zenith from 19/09/2025-26/09/2025, and overall, it was a tramendious experience. The hotel’s location was excellent — perfect for easy access to the main attractions along the strip

Even though we visited during the last week of the season, everything was still maintained to a high standard. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay

Sadly I went at the end of the season so the weather was terrible and all tourist attractions and shops and bars had closed but this is no fault of the hotel

I personally liked the food, there was a wide range and I got to enjoy some exotic dishes like shark and rabbit, plenty of snacks, but the typically “British” food like chips and burgers were not as nice as some of the local dishes, however I seemed to be one of few who felt like this as there were lots of complaints regarding the food

In my opinion the only things that make this hotel a 3 star is the food and the dated rooms. They for me are the only negatives. The pools are clean, the slides are great fun. Drinks including cocktails are all good

The only other thing I can plan about and it’s really nothing is that the pool area closes at 6 and doesn’t open again until 9pm so there is no where to sit in the sunshine after 6

There was not much entertainment going on though and no indoor spaces besides the lobby and expensive arcade room. So when it rained the entertainment was done in the restaurant

Added extras which you don’t often find in 3* are comfy cushioning on the subbed, the drinks you can ask for as many as you want

Hotel very clean, staff are friendly and food is very good and bed is comfortable. Overall very satisfactory. The hotel is situated in close to shops, bars and restaurants with music

Pretty good overall but definitely wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, this was fine for me as I was just going with a mate but for couples or family's probably not the best

Brilliant place just a shame about the food as it was the same food the whole 7 days we were there nothing changed and was even given the same foods for lunch and dinner

Stayed here in July with my husband and two friends it was a clean and friendly hotel the hotel was okay it was clean food not great but we were only BB so it cheap to eat out it is a central place plenty of restaurants near the hotel you walk right out of the hotel on to the beach

Our stay at Hotel Slavyanski was quite enjoyable. My wife and I stayed for 7 days, and we loved every bit of it. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, equipped with an AC, mini fridge, closet, sofa, and a telly

Hotel on the first line, the beach is a minute away, sand, smooth entrance, welcoming staff, Slavic food for breakfast, excellent balcony for relaxing, hot water in the room, the room is cleaned every day, in general I liked it, a little old furniture, but clean linen and towels !

(Do not expect a luxurious room, it fairly a basic room but it has all what is needed) The hotel's breakfast selection was decent, with new surprises every day. The restaurant's swimming pool view was lovely

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

They promised us to give two sea view room the next morning ,but we were upset by no change

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

It was very easy to look after the kids. The beach and the shops were also just literally outside of the hotel. What we also found amazing was the very professional, helpful and polite staff

The rooms are renovated and clean. The food in the restaurant was freshly prepared for each breakfast, lunch and dinner. Freshly home made deserts too (we loved it 😍) We would definitely come back next summer!

Because of this, it was sometimes difficult to find a sunbed in the shade, which was really frustrating. The hotel should definitely find a solution to this issue

The food is delicious and offers a good variety, and the reception staff is always friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the sea, and the rooms are pleasant

This meant leaving your car on the road, asking for the gate to be opened, and then returning to bring the car inside. This process was inconvenient and the hotel should also improve it

As a family with two small kids (1 year and 7 years old) we had everything what we needed. A pool for us and a pool for the kids, play area next to the kids pool and the restaurant

I went in Burgas beach with my friends, the animation team made my vacation, really nice people, the food was amazing too I came here last year and the food this year is better , I'm happy they are improving, rooms are clean and I can't say one bad thing about the hotel

We had a pleasant stay at Victoria hotel. The hotel is located on the beach, but it also has a big pool. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The food was delicios and had a lot of variaty

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people

Stayed here for a week, found it a bit of a let down, the 2 slides are only on at certain times, hardly any staff speak English, Food is cold every night and not a great choice, and everyday during our stay approximately 50 kids turned up for some kind of summer camp about 3 times a day and filled half the pool which spoilt it for the kids who have paid to stay here

A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though

Beach was across the road from the hotel did not use though in the height of the summer this area would very busy and wonderful, we made the best of what we had and had a fab time

We enjoyed watching the sunrise at 6am, while swimming in the sea, which was amazing and it was surprising how many people were there doing the same thing at that time

For a person who has visited Laguna park in both the height of the season and the back end I carry on enjoying it, The only let down for Sunny beach is that the shops and restaurants start to close down halfway through September BUT BUT there is still plenty of places to visit

On arrival we had to remind the girl we was stood at the desk for a reason (to book in) as she kept walking away and talking with someone else, on our second week we complained to the reception that our air condition had turned warm to be told that it had been turn over as customers complained they was cold, ( why didn't the customers turn their air con off in the room ) I explained my husband had...

People complained this year about reserving their sunbeds before 9am and having their towels removed, all you need to do is stay with your beds till after 9am, People complained about the food not hot enough, mine was OK but if you want there is a microwave next to the toasters you could use, People complained about the lifeguards whistling, well its their job to keep everyone safe, people running...

We have been visiting Sunny Beach for the last 15 years (approx) lol and spent our first couple years at other hotels but Laguna park was the best not just for us but for the kids too, when we first went there was a small slide in the middle of the pool that was it, over the years the hotel has improved by what i would say 100%, with its aqua slides ect ect

the advert for the holiday said air conditioned rooms, But after all of this I would still go back to Laguna Park Please please please Management train your staff ( all staff ) in customer care, you have staff more interested in their mobile phones than serving especially at the bars

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

Very tasty,always eggs,pasta, sausages, meats,sausages,vegetables very much,a variety of drinks,desserts and fruits. All the staff are very friendly

I have read other reviews that say the staff are rude but that couldn't be further from the truth. I think the issue is the language barrier because the staff are all very polite when you speak with them

The room is just great, sometimes the truth were shortages of hot water. The room was a extra charge but we used it as a refrigerator. The hotel has a restaurant, which is just gorgeous cocktails

Our room had a private balcony looking over the infinity pools and the sea. It was beautiful to just sit there and look out and watch the sunrise

During the day the frozen Daquari's were absolutely amazing but as soon as 8pm came the bar staff seemed to pour half a bottle of Captain Morgans into one - one night in particular the tables outside were just full of abandoned Daquari's and we were laughing about this with the other guests 🙈🙈 The rooms are designed with quality in mind and all the fixtures, fittings, wall paper ect are high quality

The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in and the pillows were like clouds. The hotel is very close to Flower street where there are many pubs, clubs, fairground rides and shops

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there

It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely

Do not have great expectations here. I believe it is close to two stars.
