Great Value Hotel Close to both the beach and local amenities Food was good and rooms were kept tidy on a daily basis Hotel bar was great and offered a wide range of cocktails Would highly recommend using this Hotel to explore Sunny Beach and Nessebar Will definitely use again when visiting beautiful Bulgaria

Food was varied and delicious at all meal times, however at breakfast it was especially busy and sometimes hard to find a table to sit at. The pool snack bar had excellent food choices and the food was quick to arrive

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

There is not enough sun loungers for all of the guests and we had to go down at 7am each morning to ensure we got 3 sun loungers together

Little disturbing was that sunbeds around the pools were always occupied (reserved with towels etc) and nobody did not seem to care

Went for a week's fly and flop holiday. Weather was amazing, not too hot. Hotel was tucked away at the end of Sunny Beach ***** so its a bit quieter than the rest of it

The waiters, receptionists and room cleaning staff are polite and respectful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the sea view is very nice. The spa center is well-maintained

There is a little noddy train that tales you from one end to the other for approx 6 Lev (will be euros from Jan 26) along the promenade

Alternatively it is a lovely strill or for those who need help there is the Neesebar Mobility services where you can hire a mobility scooter for approx £10 per day

You could virtually have a roast dinner every night if you wanted, loads of different choices every evening. You would struggle to go hungry here. The only downside was that all drinks were very expensive, even the water

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Drinks available all day and staff are friendly

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

It's a good hotel for the price. The best it's at the beach and has all facilities needed to spend lazy and relaxing time or sleepless night thus satisfying almost any taste

Our all-inclusive was same whole week, same breakfast, lunch and dinner offer every day. I'm also not sure about the sources of food but food was just a only problem for me

We really liked this hotel, close to the center and the sea, there are shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, and a promenade nearby

We stayed in the one bedroom appartment with sea view. The location was awesome, directly at the beach, close to the center. We liked the spacious room, the great view

We have stayed at Blue Pearl hotel for the last three years and every time our experience has been excellent. The hotel itself is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, beautifully kept, and many have wonderful sea views

The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, which makes it perfect to enjoy both the pool and the sea with ease. The hotel is also very peaceful, ideal for families

There are always plenty of sun loungers available at any time of day – something you don’t often find elsewhere. What really makes this place special is the staff

They are always friendly, helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot praise the staff and management enough for how well the hotel is run. Without a doubt, we will be back again next year!

What we didn't liked: - only one access card to apartment - only one evening event per week, poor animators - no guard by pool - location could be better - sea around 500m, city center around 2km

We were on family vacation with four children, and the hotel left an excellent impression on both us and the kids. Great location – not in a noisy area and only a 5-minute walk to the beach

A wide variety of food and the meals were truly delicious. Between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks were always available. The hotel was clean, rooms were tidied every day, and the territory was guarded by security

Also, thanks to the animators Zac and Krisy, who constantly interacted with the children and involved them in various programs and games – the kids really liked them

We had a fantastic stay at Rome Palace Deluxe. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed linens and towels were impeccably clean. The food was diverse and deliciously prepared, including seafood

Most, if not all, have large balconies. Those facing swimming pool / sea are better for view. cleaners changed the towels daily/frequently but did not change the bedsheets whole week

Sunbed wise I never had an issue getting one and there seemed to be some available throughout the day, I was there the end of August/beginning of September. It was very clean, the cleaners never seemed to stop working

I wasn't expecting too much from a 3* hotel but what a great place this was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my toilet flushing the first day and they sorted it within the hour

At first we thought it was alot smaller than we were used to but actually preferred it as everyone spoke to each other and mingled. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners work non stop to keep it that way

All Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good, always a good choice for everyone, not over produce so it is fresh. Rooms are lovely furnished and clean. Location is very good if you want the best of both worlds

Location wise it's a few minutes walk to the beach and some shops. 20min walk to Sunny beach or Nessebar but the little train can take you to either with the stops just down the road from the hotel

The sea is within walking distance, but at the time of our stay it was full of algae and unlike other beaches it is crowded there. The hotel offers car rental services

Unlike other hotels, the white wine poured with the meal was also good. The staff is attentive, maybe it would be nice if they would say hello from time to time. The reception is very helpful

Surprisingly nice and clean hotel. Not a very diverse food, but good quality, you always have a choice. Food and drinks are available all day and the coffee from the machine is good

Heads up in case you don't like a bit of music around the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a bit of renovation might improve the overall impression (plastic handles, for example)

The food is very good, every day different meats, side dishes, fish, seafood YUM! Tasty and strong drinks, served in glass. The staff cleans and replaces your glass all the time. Very comfortable beds and clean

The food and the local beverages are tasty and plentiful, the staff amazingly friendly and willing all the time. Daily programs for kids and adults in and around the pool are fun for all

I strongly encourage management to implement a policy to prevent this behavior—perhaps by having staff monitor and remove unattended towels after a certain period. It would greatly improve the experience for everyone

We visited the hotel in mid-September. Room 332 was in perfect condition with no mold, no stains, no defects. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The cleaning ladies did a great job every day

The bed was very comfortable and was nice to have a thin duvet rather than just a sheet you would normally get abroad. The food was good with variety each day and allergies were stated clearly

Themed dinners are a very nice touch as well :) The rooms, while slightly dated in decor, were spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which I personally appreciate the most

Special recognition goes to the manager and the waiters, who were always friendly and smiling. There was a wide selection of food, and everything was delicious and fresh

I am having a lovely stay at this hotel (two more days to stay). The food is absolutely delicious. The chicken breast, in particular, is exceptionally well-prepared, and the desserts are also very tasty

The pool is ok, the only down side is that the sunbeds are little dirty, from dust, sand, something spilled, etc, but that can be easly cleaned. There are activities for kids like waterpolo and dance party

The beach is not so close, there are parts with 2 sunbeds and umbrela for 30 lev (16euro) and in front of Zazu Bar and Bedroom bar are 50-60 lev (26-32) euro for 2 sunbeds with mattress and big umbrela and two towels

New towels on request,for a hair dryer you should ask at the reception. The food was delicious, little repetitive but still ok. The service is very fast they make sure everyone has everything they want

The best part is the pancakes chef that makes pancakes for breakfast on the spot, with very delicious chocolate cream

One remark is the cutlery and the glasses should be polished. Otherwise they might have food on them even washed

Bedroom club guest are allowed to use the pool and the toilet. There is day party every day and is little more busy for the weekend

Regata Palace was a very nice surprise. Great location close to Cacao Beach, friendly staff, big and clean pool, comfortable room, tasty food (I had the all inclusiclve package). Highly recommended!

There was another interaction with him a few days before check-out where he assumed I'm not a guest in there, confusions are normal, but his approach was rude. You simply can't provide this kind of front of house service

The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The only downside was one of the receptionists whose name I couldn't catch, he made me feel uncomfortable/unwelcome. I work in the same industry, in fact in multiple hotels

The location is perfect and convenient for a walk to Nesebar and central Sunny Beach. I'm vegetarian and managed to make a meal each time and I was happy with the options, but those that are vegans might struggle

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the customer care was wonderful, they really took good care of us! The food was diversified and really delicious, there was an everyday room service!! We were there for our daughter’s birthday and they prepared a surprise for her without any extra cost 🥰 We really recomand it!! The only minus is that their spa isn’t all the time available, you need to book it in...

it was renovated two years ago and now it is even better then before. spacious rooms with all amenities and airconditioning and very good buffet in the dining room/restaurant for breakfast and dinner for half board dil

the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc

i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach

Great location, clean rooms and very good value for money. The food was delicious and of great variety. The beach is right across the hotel. We also explored the nearby old town of Nesebar which we found fantastic

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Pool area is clean and the drinks at the bar are amazing. The Barman Emil is super friendly. He have told me and my friends about the places worth to see and makes the best drinks

We came in August and can't fault the hotel room was lovely staff were really great food and service couldn't fault they really looked after us nothing too much trouble yes bar closed at 9 but most of the people went to flower street we would go back to hote! Again and a special mention for Evgenia the housemaids friendly clean towels every day breakfast something for everybody we had very nice time

We all stayed for a meal here one night and the orders came out all wrong, at different tikes so half the party had finished before other meals had arrived and the waiter (who i have to say worked some rediculous long hours from am through to pm) spilt drink over one person and dropped Mayonnaise on another

Luckily two rooms were together where the you ger ones stayed next to each other. We stayed bed and breakfast with one couple out of the 12 having g half board. I would not opt for breakfast here again, it never changed

4 dry cakes to choose from, baked beans, 3 types of sausage (i couldnt eat any of them but the others seemed to find them ok) booked eggs, scrambled eggs or fried, then you could have pancakes, fried bread, or toast

we ordered a pizza and chips between me and my husband and that was fine, the kids ordered chicken strips, chips, halloumi fries and some chicken. They didn't get what they ordered they got lots of cheese in batter

The whole event was comicall we had to just laugh at how bad the exerience was. The last day we were there my family of 6 ordered food separately

Wonderful experience! Very close to the beach~ 2min walking to the sea. Rooms are very spacious, service was good, view is amazing, seaside. Free parking near the hotel, ~1 min walking. Very friendly and helpful staff

The staff were lovely, especially the girls that work on reception, the ladies that do the cooking and the lads Dario and Costa that work behind the bar/restaurant

They very kindly organised a birthday cake for my two year old and bought him a gift, which was very thoughtful and lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as we hoped for, even better. Only recommendation for the host is to diversify the breakfast a bit more

I recently stayed at Hotel Tia Maria and I couldn’t be more impressed! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and nightlife, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning and a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times

For the price, we got exceptional service, a great room, and a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Tia Maria to anyone visiting Sunny Beach—whether you’re a couple, a group of friends, or a family

Our check in was supposed to be at 14. 00 but we were told that we can put our suitcases in the luggage room and probably we can get a room earlier around 12. Rooms are nice, bed is really soft and comfortable

All the sheets and towels are very white and clean. The room has a mini fridge in the cabinet. The pool is nice but there are not enough sun chairs. The hotel offers safes for your valuables for 3€ 1 day

The room had en suit shower room, telephone, balcony, flat TV, fridge and it's own WiFi router. The room and public areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly and very helpful

There is no pool or animation team offering entertainment but if what you require is a clean, well run and friendly place to stay that could not be more central in Sunny Beach this is the place for you,!

This is hotel is in a great location at the top of flower street. The rooms are a little dated but clean and serves the purpose. Staff friendly and helpful nothing 2 much trouble

I had an issue with the WiFi which was addressed very quickly. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past and it very much gave me the feeling of coming home

Room had ac and a fridge in so you can keep ur drinks cold. There is a supermarket at the back of hotel to get supplies such as bottles of water ect
