Hotels with sea view in Sunny Beach

The evening entertainment is almost non -existent unless you like a music quiz every night, probably one of the poorest entertainment i have ever seen. The sea view room is recommended as it has a great view

Hotel is clean and close to the beach. The sea is calm, beach is sandy with shallow waters. The food is repetitive and if you a vegetarian then you will be eating pasta, pizza and chips everyday

Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of space for sunbeds, food great. Couldn't fault anything apart from the later in September you go the evening entertainment is a bit poor.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Clean and tidy rooms, the water in the pool is clear. The food served in the hotel restaurant is delicious, every dish was very tasty, huge selection of different meals

Hotel staff very nice and helpful in every situation. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for relaxation

Even the coke machines are not cold enough, I think I’ve probably lost a stone on this holiday. Completely put me off all inclusive. Had such a bad experience this time. I won’t be coming back to Bulgaria

Briz Beach is the best hotel in sunny beach, great location with perfect sea view!

Briz Beach Apartaments is located literally on the beach! The sea view is amazing! The staff is friendly and always ready to help

We are satisfied with the hotel. We took it because of the sea view. The view is amazing! You take part in a movement, in a party. But it doesn't interfere with sleep at all

The room conditions are good for a 2 star hotel. There is room cleaning every day and the personnel is kind. The food is GREAT, very diversified and tasty. Awesome view to the seaside from top floors.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at mpm hotel orel. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday very kind maid who smiled and waved everytime we saw her (10th floor). The lifts were a bit of a pain very slow

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

Pool area was quiet most days and easy to get a sun lounger got busier as day went on. Lots of sun loungers on the beach to use again no problem getting one

Good place, good drinks :D, good foods, excellent programs, nice staff (Ali is my favorite). I will probably come back!

lovely pool area too with outdoor bar and food available. Not too busy although we were there just at the start of the season. If you're not so keen on the big noisy hotels of Sunny Beach this one is for you

We are in another hotel but we wanted a snack, my son loves onion rings, while passing by on our way to the beach we stopped to have some, the garlic prawns were excellent and the chicken sticks and chips very good and of course the onion rings! Everything was excellent, fresh and good, keep up the good work!

Sitting at the far end of the bay it's still within walking distance of the 'strip' and if you are less keen on the evening stroll you can jump on a small 'train' that takes you along the front into the mayhem if desired

great hotel for price , we missed dinner and they arranged some food for us . Staff very nice and food overall decent . situated in a great spot close to sandy beach , less tacky part of Sunny Beach

It's a one minute walk to the beach too

Breakfast is ok, but if you are a coffee lover prepare to drink water with powder simulating coffee, which is a failure

The hotel is in a very good location. The room is nice and clean, there are toiletries in the bathroom. The staff is kind and helpful. The food is very delicious, there is a large selection

We had some tasty food at the hotel restaurant. The pepper steak was delicious! Big thumbs up for your Bosnian waiter. He was very friendly :)

Great restaurant, no idea about the hotel itself. But every time I get to Sunny Beach, I make sure I go to Tanya. Awesome food, every time.

But our showerhead in the bath was two times broken, because of low quality, we asked at the reception and they sad the craftsman will come in 30 minutes, but he never come

- The minus point is that entertainment activities are not fun, some volunteers are not enthusiastic. - It is not clear if it is due to the influence of the disease but the food is not rich

The Food was bad, I heard from a lot of people which I learned in Bulgaria Sunny Beach that in almost every Hotel food is not great. But outside is always delicious food

Placious stablishment with decent swimming pools and it was hella quiet, which was great. however cousine was almost the same for entire week. Seriously that was the weakest part

Beach bars were mediocre but bartenders like Ivan and a lady from Zvete were great

As it was late season there was no late bar as stated when booking. The location was great with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. A short walk to a lovely sandy beach. The bus stop at the front of the hotel

We had a fantastic family vacation at Hotel Nirvana in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the sea, was perfect for us

From the spacious room that was provided to us, the food that was accessible throughout the whole day from morning to midnight, entertainment for kids and adults - mostly enjoyed the water polo and the darts, the evening programs which never disappointed

Note-if you are in the room there is a double bedroom and raghavam chair,which was disgustingly to sleep. The staff are courteous and polite. The hotel has a small outdoor pool which was priatnoe to swim

Good hotel, very close to the sea. Nice, territory with swimming pool and a many beautiful roses around. Food was good enouph, maybe not as much as in Turkey, but still tasty.

There were probably only around 60-70 sun loungers around the pool, so it might be difficult to get one if the hotel is busy. The same goes for a seat in the restaurant

Completely fine for a cheap place to stay! I was a bit scared after reading some reviews, but I enjoyed my time at Hotel Colosseum. Right next to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the 'strip' of bars on Flower Street

There wasn't a huge choice or variety of food, but I always found something to eat - even if it was just chips, chicken, bread and fruit! They serve ice cream cones and cakes etc from 4pm too, so that's a nice touch

we came to the hotel for my 50th birthday staff provided nice bottle of champagne with 2 flute glasses nice touch. will be definitely coming back next year

I didn’t have a problem with noise from the street but that probably depends on where your room is located. No problem with AC, I could turn it off if I didn’t want it to work. Staff were polite and responsive

Freshly renovated hotel, spacious rooms with modern minimalistic design, comfortable bed, bathroom cosmetics. I didn’t have a problem with cleaning service, it was cleaned daily

There’s no private beach but you can walk 2 minutes to a section where you pay for loungers and umbrellas. Two pools, one quieter than the other and no children

Food was varied and delicious at all meal times, however at breakfast it was especially busy and sometimes hard to find a table to sit at. The pool snack bar had excellent food choices and the food was quick to arrive

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

There is not enough sun loungers for all of the guests and we had to go down at 7am each morning to ensure we got 3 sun loungers together

Little disturbing was that sunbeds around the pools were always occupied (reserved with towels etc) and nobody did not seem to care

The room was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and bedding regularly. Communal areas was clean and tidy. We booked Bed and Breakfast, the staff were humbled by our thank yous. It is at the quieter end of Sunny Beach

The hotel is well located - close to the beach (250m), Nessebar and the airport in Burgas. Double room very large, bed linen and towels changed every 2-3 days

Had a lovely time staying at the Esperanto Hotel, had everything needed. The room was spacious, had a mini fridge, shower room and really spacious balcony

very central to everything, it can of course be a little noisy so I wouldn't stay here if I was in my 50's looking for a quiet and relaxing time but highly recommended if your maybe a bit younger or go for the atmosphere

It's a very busy part of town so if you want to be in the mix this is where you should go if you want a quieter stay look and going much further up the strip where it is a more sleepy vibe, but I've got no complaints thanks for the great memories

We went to go see the Freddy Mercury tribute act thought we'd have dinner we had starter dinner dessert cocktails was amazing large portions only thing I didn't like was starters came out 5 mins later main course brought out so buy time we ate starter dinner was cold amazing food though x

One of the best meals so far. Very nice seafood dishes. Prices seemed ok, however due to something lost in translation we ended up paying £25 for a bottle of mediocre wine

This review is for the restaurant. We ordered the chicken and pork meat skewers, top quality meat well cooked with a lovely flavour. The potato cheese and ham bake was yummy, and our young son loved the ribs and prawns

The best food of the whole Sunny Beach, a big big compliment to the cook! We have been there already very often last year, and we compared it with others... But nowhere else it was so delicious as here.

The location on the beach is great, as you have both free beach and paid beach right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is decently clean, not very, but decent. Room was ok size wise, with big bath

Room was cleaned every two days. We talked for parking and we were told it is ok and when we arrived we were told to go to some far parking on a field as our spot was given to someone else

Unit A103 was smelling like sewer. The door handles wete falling off on two of the 3 doors. The daily cleaning came only to throw away the trash. No fresh towels, no cleaning the floor or any other area

The beach is less crowded that the center of Sunny Beach (Slnchev bryag). Walkable distance to Sveti Vlas (Sveti Vlas). Also you can rent a bike from the Rent-a-car downstairs and reach the old town of Nessabar

Nice accommodation in a nice location Positive: one spit from the beach, nice staff, you can pay by bank card. Negative: it has only been used since the handover. Wifi only on the ground floor

Great hotel with awesome terrace, close to the beach (actually first line) and away from the noisy center with discos clubs and pubs. It has swimming pool, also really nice restaurant downstairs

We caught a very good price and we liked the position and the reviews of this hotel. It is evry different area from rest of the resort, houses, vegetation, a bit of hill, view to the sea from terrace

This place is cozy, clean and very nice! The owners are kind and really helpful if you have any question. And the food is amazing! You should definitely try their dishes, especially the sea food

The food prices were great and the quality was really good. (Recommend the Pork Neck) We really enjoyed the balcony, it has a great sea view and can see all of Sunny Beach

Be aware that you have to climb a street when coming from the beach, some of you might not like this thing, even though this means that the surrounding area is quiet, being away from the main street (but not far from the beach)

Perfect spot in Sunny Beach Bulgaria. Family run and very friendly hosts. The pool is great and never very busy. Often it felt like our private pool despite being a fully booked hotel

Another plus is the free parking in front of the hotel (if you manage to find a spot, otherwise you can leave the car on the street with no problem)

My 16 year old daughter and I loved this resort. We visited Aug 25 so high season. We booked a large delux studio with Jet2. The accommodation was brilliant

It was ok but we preferred to go to local supermarkets as we had a great kitchenette in the studio and were not tied to hotel timings. We ate at the onsite Italian restaurant 3 times and found it great value for money

One lady even walked us through the resort to show us where our block was. Also on check our the staff were good. As always, you can only comment on your own experiences, and ours were very positive

We made an effort to be polite and say hello to the cleaners, maybe that helped. As stated by others, arriving late at night in the dark was not ideal but we found the reception staff to be lovely

We usually had no problem getting a sunbed at the pool next to our block, only downside was having to go down early to put your towels on. We stayed bed and breakfast but only had one breakfast

Food was lovely and staff friendly. Alot of comments from others reviews about poor cleaning, lack of towels etc. We had clean towels every other day
