A very pleasant experience at Sunny Castle. It is situated practically on the beach and they have free sun chairs for the customers

Our room (101) was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This is definitely a place we will return to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday

We, as family with 3 babies, we had a lot requests out of order and all personnel was supportive, helpful and proactive. Beach is right in front of the hotel, 1 min walking

The Reception provides towels for beach and pool. Along the time, we were guests in a lot of hotels and I can compare objectively

I have no words to thank you!!! Great and tasty food! A wide diversity of dishes, suitable for all culinary needs of guest. Pastry and sweets home made, fresh and tasty fruits and vegetables

Prices are a bit high but the food is amazing. Best salad I have ever had in my life. Nice staff.

The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time

Everything was great, especially for the kids, having fun all day and never getting bored. For families, it''s a super comfortable and safe environment. We were also pleased with the attentiveness and friendly staff

Good enough, but for room for 2 person - they have only one towel, and one pair of slippers. Breakfast was nice.

Umbrellas, sunbeds, and beach towels were provided free of charge for hotel guests. In addition to breakfasts, we ordered lunch to the room. I rate all the hotel services very highly

Reception staff was nice, too; they answered any question i had. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and/or come here again. Not to mention, you walk outside and straight on the beach within a minute!

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

Lovely hotel, almost literally on the beach! Staff are very helpful and speak perfect English. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean and a decent size. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well maintained. They were cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily and complimentary bottled water replenished regularly

The bed was large and extremely comfortable — we were able to sleep all three of us (my husband, our 3-year-old child, and I) without any issues. The restaurant was clean, and the food was very tasty and diverse

The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway away from the busy tourist resorts. The nearby golf course adds an extra touch of luxury and spaciousness to the overall experience

There is an indoor kids’ corner, outdoor playground facilities, and a dedicated playroom, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa area was excellent — warm, comfortable, and very well maintained

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help — everything we asked for was provided without hesitation. The hotel is also very family-friendly

The pool was clean and filled with mineral water. There is also a salt room, steam bath, sauna, and jacuzzis. Everything was at a very high level

I cannot fault the Bilyana beach. From the moment we arrived i felt valued. The room was fab with a Seaview, everywhere was very clean. The staff were all amazing and couldn't help enough

We’ve just had a 9 day honeymoon and it was amazing, the hotel is clean everywhere the food was amazing everyday, lots of variety, rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, the drinks are brilliant but they need a local beer on tap as Bulgarian beer is amazing

I stayed with my husband for 2 weeks and we cannot fault it at all. The food was varied but there was always something to take your fancy. The entertainment was fabulous, talented and funny

The room's air-conditioning only blew cold air. The beach was crawling with flocks of little biting mosquitoes that were impossible to stand. Other than that everything else was OK. The room was clean and tidy 2

Not been since the recent refurb but stayed/dined and used the facilities here 4 years in a row. Great location in one of the oldest resorts in Bulgaria.

Nice hotel, but the all inclusive food was a litle bit boring. Clean rooms, but everywhere was a slight smell, like mold

The bathroom's condition was kind of poor. - The bathroom had no ventilation - No soap or shampoo were provided - The lack of ventilation had caused all metal parts in the bathroom to start catching rust 2

Very old hotel, with old furniture. Definitely not my vision of 5-star hotel. Overall it was ok, but I won't be staying there second time. Not too excited about it though

Staff are lovely and friendly here at the hotel although you will quickly find here in Bulgaria when you leave the complex as a British tourist the people are extremely rude and don’t have manners like we do, they come across rude and ignorant but that is with most people here so don’t take it personally and be mindful not to let it ruin your holiday as it is not personal it’s just how they are

The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio

If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby

The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach

Overall I would recommend The Garden of Eden to all wanting a peaceful holiday if you have children you won’t be disappointed as so much for them to do and a safe hotel to take your loved ones

We booked a vacation through a travel agency. We were given a suite (living room with a sofa bed for the kids) and a separate bedroom with a double bed

Great location, clean rooms and very good value for money. The food was delicious and of great variety. The beach is right across the hotel. We also explored the nearby old town of Nesebar which we found fantastic

The room was pretty clean (the cleaning lady woke us up every day to ask us if we need towels. Overall it's a pretty good deal for a budget location. We highly recommend Dirby Pub close by

Very loud music from the 3 clubs nearby. You have to pay for wi-fi and parking. Same food on the breakfast every day. 100m walk from the beach, but far from the Sunny Beach center

Pretty ok if you're a clubber and want something close to the 3biggest clubs in Sunny Beach - Cacao Bedroom and 1st. If not, you won't sleep coz of them

Really close to the beach and somehow in between Neasebar Old town and Sunny Beach Center. Would be great to keep the pool opened later than 18

Great hotel, fully corresponds to the preliminary information on the site! Clean, cozy and very affordable! Close to the beach, which is clean, with fine sand and a shallow bay, and very warm water! I recommend!

We are very happy! We were in an apartment - large, spacious, clean. There are two working air conditioners, a TV, comfortable beds, they often come to change and fix the room/beds

They can make you coffee in the morning, but unfortunately the restaurant at the hotel is no longer open. But this does not interfere with the peace and good time!

The price for a week was very decent and good. Quite close to the sea and shops. The owner is extremely nice and correct

It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea

Nice hotel, the top floor has view of the sea. The only problem is the lack of adequate curtains - it gets bright in the room very easy

The serenity of the place, late at night, the complicity of the sea, right in front of you, when you open your eyes in the morning, the exquisite non alcohoolic and alcohoolic drinks carefully prepared at the Skybar, the excellent food, the yummy cakes and gorgeous coffee from the Coffee Shop, cannot be ignored

2 pools, own beach, bit strong drinks, but just order with less alcohol and its all good :) Location is perfect and the hotell is really nice :)

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above

the beach bar and bar at entertainment stage only serve soft drinks, however pool bar and lobby bar serve alcohol all day

This 4-star all-inclusive hotel in Bulgaria exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness throughout our stay

The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol

Lift access to all floors stairs out side to pool not great for wheelchair there is a park by the pool if you have children and a shop by the beach for gifts and snacks too

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

Amazing. Rooms are beautiful.The hotel is near the beach. It has a private pool.But the place...is kinda ugly. I stayed there for 6 days at all-inclusive.

It is directly on the beach, in the dining room not good enough to wash dishes and not enough waiters, as a consequence a long time searching the net, or at least a free table. Cocktails in the bar are pretty mediocre

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna

Food was fairly average and had a negative experience with the reception staff who bizarrely tried to charge for a damaged room towel that wasn't even ours

Hotel nice and clean, great location with it being on the beach. 30 min stroll to the nearest town which is nice. Staff are a little hit and miss in terms of service, and the sunbed situation is a bit ridiculous

Seems the ratio of guests to pool size is off. We're on our third day and haven't yet secured a sunbed by the pool. Luckily there are beds available at the beach so not all hope is lost

They were constantly cleaning. One area I think needs sorting is the hot tub in the spa area, buttons didnt work, water was murky and the outflow was green. All staff work hard all day every day

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

Here is a lot of bad points first: One or two restaurant items were either cold or luke worm. One day the beans were straight out of the fridge. I went and complained to cooking staff immediately

Some reception staff look a bit miserable, however they did help a couple of times. No free water in rooms Now the good points: Bar staff in lounge were really friendly and welcoming

I stayed at the Laguna Beach hotel during the last week of May, all inclusive, everything went very well

The only thing that surprised me a bit at the beginning of my stay was a false ceiling tile in the bathroom that was barely holding, it rose by itself when there was a draft lol , but nothing too bad, he was not going to fall on the ground

The rather friendly staff, the varied breakfast, as well as the midday and evening meal, the quality of the food was better overall. I was not sick, like the other vacationers who were with me during my stay

The bar is very good there too with a wide selection of alcohol and also non-alcoholic. My hotel room was clean, the bed was made every day, as well as the toilets, nothing to say about that

The most popular little restaurants and a grocery shop are nearby. It’s not far to the beach or the Old Town either. The breakfasts at the hotel are homemade and delicious

Another big plus was the restaurant: they serve the best espresso I’ve had in a hotel, really worth mentioning! While I wouldn’t rate it 4 stars due to the age of the hotel, it’s definitely a solid 3-star stay with excellent service, great coffee, and unforgettable sea views

Although I have travelled to many lovely places, this is my favourite hotel. It has the privilege of being situated next to Queen Maria' s castle and garden. Every room has an incredible sea view and a great design

We got a room with a direct view to the sea, we drank our coffee there watching the sunrise and slept with the window open listening to the waves. We had an excellent sleep here

All the members of the staff have been. very polite , helpful and respectful. We gladly and warmfully recommend this wonderful hotel. Please accept our congretulations

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2025. Location is super convenient for visiting Balchik, and the staff at the reception and breakfast area were super nice

The staff is very kind and friendly, the food is good and always fresh! The only negative thing was a group of Romanian people who were behaving like animals! They were going 5 o’clock in the morning to put their towels on the beach’s sun beds and ‘reserve’ all the first lines for them

On arrival hotel looked clean and reception staff friendly. More information would have been nice on arrival, especially needing tickets for towels, which we found out from a very rude life guide

There is the option to sit outside looking out over the beach which was nice, the only downside was that there is no designated smoking area so quite often you could be sat as a family eating and someone would start smoking on the table next to you which is never pleasant! The restaurant really needs a new playlist! It was so miserable We did mention it and it did change on occasion but it was things...

We enjoyed a week’s stay here during the first week of the UK’s summer holiday. Sun loungers were always available both by the pool and on the beach. The outdoor pool is small but lovely
