Great time with great view. The room is clean and spacious, and all the facilities work properly (you don't see it in every hotel, unfortunately) All in all 10/10 Would definitely come back to this hotel.

The rooms are very comfy and very clean. Spa and swimming pool was great, but they dont change dirty towels and i didnt see lifeguard. Food and stuff was ok, but can be better

The free shuttle bus to and from the ski gondola was a god send and the drivers always remembered whose skis were who’d and even who was still up the mountain! A super cheap bar and comfy sofa area to relax in

Third time in this hotel. Excellent lokation, they have shutlle bus but you can walk to gondola in 5 minutes. Rooms, stuff, food, spa, everything was very, very good. We hope to come again next year.

Great value for money, large spacious apartments very clean. Good service the spa is really nice. They have shuttle services from the hotel to the gondola and back

There's a really good ski rental at the hotel I highly recommend. The food is ok but not anything glamorous

The old key-lock safe cost €10/day, and things like inflatable beach rides, mini golf, PlayStation area, all required additional payment

Summary: Great nature, pools, and beach, but spoiled by poor food, rude service, and extra charges

What we didn’t like: • Staff were mostly rude and unprofessional, especially bartenders who couldn’t even make a basic cappuccino or cocktail and often spoke disrespectfully

Some dishes were okay, but much of it was oily, poorly cooked, and not restaurant-level. • Too many extra charges despite the “all-inclusive” promise

The only consistently kind and hardworking staff were the Asian workers. • Food quality was far below expectations for a 4–5 star resort

A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat

Amazing ! You can pay 20bgn per person for the access to an equipped beach, a natural swimming pool, a swimming pool with a magnificent sea view and a great park! perfect to spend half a day, very relaxing and clean.

A stunning natural spot on the Black Sea with a rocky beach and incredible views. The clean, untouched coastline and clear water make it perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying the sunset

We will definitely come back during the summer! Guests get free breakfast, free parking, access to the gym and two outdoor pools. There is also a paid sauna and a tennis court (though we haven’t tried it yet

Unique location on the Black sea surrounded by statues, paintings, and other pieces of art. Breathtaking views from any point of the well kept territory

The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, air conditioning, balcony and a comfortable bed. The prices are reasonable during low season and the value is really good compared to what you get

Overall 5/5! Great place that you should visit if you are around this area

10 minutes walking to the town center and gondola. Hotel is clean and the service is great! Spa was really helpfull after skiing. I would definetelly stay here again if i visit Bansko again

The hotel had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful in broken English. All we had to do was ask for a lift up to the slopes and the mini bus would take us up

Great place for the many 👌 have nice personal, nice food and good spa center. I recommended for everyone, they have a shuttle every day to the ski center. The ski center is located 2km from the hotel.

5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the gondola. The hotel is situated away from the main resort in the quieter part of town which was great to get away from all the noise but still be relatively close

Some of staff have a grasp of English and all of them have been pleasant. A little out of the busy town, but fine if your main focus is a nice base to relax after a day in the mountains

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and super kind stuff! The food is ok, the outdoor space - very well organized and maintained. The hotel is super comfortable for group workouts

The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas, but we never took advantage of that

It's a clean but tired looking hotel with outdated rooms and furniture all around. Great location right on the water. Shallow and sandy, very kid friendly beach. The staff was friendly and helpful

It's located along a nice pier for strolling and watching the boats come and go. Access by car isn't exactly easy (it's a bit of a drive from downtown or the highway), but staying on the water is worth it

Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders

The rating is a bit overstated. The idea was good. Organizaciata processes is average. Communication with staff is difficult. Podgotovit them weak.

The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us

In front of the hotel on the beach there is a beach bar and massages. The beach there is perfect!! And the price is small for that you get there ! Best vacation !!!

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and we were very satisfied! The food was really delicious – varied, fresh, and always plentiful. There was never a shortage of anything, and everyone could find something to their taste

It's a very busy part of town so if you want to be in the mix this is where you should go if you want a quieter stay look and going much further up the strip where it is a more sleepy vibe, but I've got no complaints thanks for the great memories

I spent 3 nights at the Oasis Balchik Hotel between 21-24. Excellent location, the hotel is located by the sea, it has its own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, fine sand and the central beach of Balchik is also nearby

Great location just at the beach. Don’t expect 5 star, but it’s so charming. We stayed in a two room apartment. Cleaning every day. We will stay again if we come back to Balchik

Also on the beach there is a bar where you can serve whatever drinks you want

Opposite the hotel there is a private parking where you can leave your car for a fee. The staff is very friendly and kind. Congratulations to the entire staff. We will definitely return to this location

The rooms are super spacious, clean and all have balconies overlooking the sea. The hotel has a restaurant where you can serve breakfast or lunch/dinner and in addition a bar where you can serve drinks

The distance to the center of the resort and to the seafront is approximately 10 minutes on foot and do not hesitate to visit the Castle of Queen Maria and the related gardens

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a beautiful view of the cliffs. An interesting feature is the robot that brings breakfast. Breakfast is not served buffet style, but you have to choose from one of the options

However, we decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did! Everything was excellent: the food was delicious, the fish was fresh, the staff were kind, and the view from the restaurant was simply breathtaking

Nice, clean hotel, very close to the beach and best restaurants in Old Town Nessebar, in a quiet area.

It is withing walking distance to shops and restaurants. I booked online and opted to pay upon arrival. The room was spotless, clean bedding and bathroom. The water pressure in shower was great

Comfortable rooms with a pretty garden to drink coffee mornings. The climatisation keeps the temperature cold in the rooms during summer heats. Very warm welcome, the owner was really nice

Excellent location, quiet, clean, discreet, cute patio, small grocery store just around the corner (fresh local fruits!!!). Also really nice hosts.

The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station

A bit out of the way for the main part of the city. Beach a long way down. Room facing the sea in distance but a lot of traffic noise

Good location, clean rooms witg very comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, kind and helpful staff. As the location suggests, it is a bit noisy, but not beyond the expected and not too noisy so that you can't sleep

The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time

Further to this, we returned after spending most of our day outside in the hotel grounds to beds that hadn’t been made nor towels & robes changed

Every small ask was a problem. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival but we watched many others checkin ahead of us. Instead of being kind to us about this, there was a precision about doing things their way

Needs to be fully dressed to pop into the restaurant despite the obvious inconvenience tonis to have to go up and down to get drinks (given the main pool area and expected amenities had not yet opened

A few other things annoyed me like sofa bed not being made up or spare bedding being left for her and no robe for my child but the icing on the cake was being asked for €6 for a lost key card…

When the lovely made came, my child was already in the bath and so we really didn’t want her to feel uncomfortable

Can’t wear this, can’t do that. It’s supposedly an inlay all inclusive but we were only allowed draft wine

German here In 2024 I first stayed in the hotel for about 8 days. I had a room for myself, room 501. They have two small lifts and of course a staircase. The floors are carpet in front of the rooms and inside the rooms

You have direct access to the beach, also beach loungers with. umbrellas? Well you know what I mean. An outdoor pool is available too. Little sport area too, nothing too professional though

Basically, I loved it! Would recommend Added in 2025: It improved a lot within a year! New great air conditioning and pretty good food with lots of variety. Even served mussles, sushi and rabbit meat

Food serving times are very long and tourist friendly. Free soda, water etc always available such as 5 cocktails if all-inclusive is chosen (I went all-inclusive)

Clean rooms, comfy bed and very helpful staff! The bathroom is a bit small but nothing too dramatic.. It didn't bother us.

The bonus was that we booked a room with a view of the city, but we got a room with a sea view for free

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room

The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach

This is a lovely hotel, right across the beach with a great restaurant, super friendly staff who, unlike most other Bulgarians working in hotels, actually love their job! Squeaky clean and great massage

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower wasn't tidy, and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The resort itself is truly magnificent.

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The resort is great, and our accommodation, the lake house, was very nice, it had great views, but the bed was horrible, very very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, it is time to change it

The reception was average, it is incomprehensible that there are so many people and none of them speak any Spanish, explanations of the services were just enough, if not almost none

The meals were very good, especially breakfast and dinner, the lunch buffet was very sparse
