Positive points: The hotel is located 2 minutes' walk from the beach, the view towards the sea and the hill is beautiful, the area is quiet, the rooms are relatively clean, the foam mattresses and pillows are very comfortable; spacious lobby, clean pool, enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach

It is close to the beach and the center. :( There was a smell in the bathroom from the very beginning. It was clearly not cleaned properly. 2 out of 3 people of our family were sick bcs of the food

We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the hotel’s private beach was really really rude to us

Once again I am at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena for more than 30 days. All in All, the experience was excellent and I zcan therefore put the management of the Hotel and the restaurant in the first place

If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel

The amenities are clearly the real strength of this hotel, designed to help guests fully unwind and appreciate the natural surroundings

The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant. Food prices were reasonable and met our expectations, good quality without being overpriced

The spa area was excellent, and the heated pool was especially enjoyable, perfect for relaxing while taking in the mountain scenery

The staff, the cleanliness, the talented chefs, and the stunning view all contributed to our memorable experience. It's a 5-star gem, and we're eagerly planning our return for another enjoyable stay

We stayed at Katarino Spa Hotel in Razlog, Bulgaria for just one night, and honestly, we wished we had extended our stay

We visited for a second time and didn't leave disappointed! Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, spa and pools, perfect service and very nice hotel staff. And the food is great too with a lot of locally produced products

Everything you need for a seaside vacation, peace and quiet. Excellent food, delicious Bulgarian food, something new every day: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, juices, cheeses and sausages + sweets

Cons - Absolutely notholaena of the road territory, practically no flowers in the yard, the withered grass without watering,the staff was not informed about the own beach from the hotel and the possibility to borrow beach towels,the Bartenders took food with his hands after the money

Family I went with went here years ago and they remembered it was a much nicer place. Unfortunately our experience this summer wasn't the best. Definitely needs renovation, and it would be a great hotel

Very good service, the food was limited, but I liked it. The hotel is near a Lidl, if you need something, 8 minutes to the public beach, near Astor Garden Hotel

We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is very close to the beach and it also has swimming pools. The staff is professional and friendly, there’s a big variety of tasty food and many types of drinks

We have been in Kaliakra Beach in May 2025 again. Clean and nice room (Superior) with a great view. A very nice location, direct at the black sea. Good and tasty food and drinks at the bar

Room cleaning you had to ask for it, and they gave new towels and water. To my opinion the allocated stars are not the real ones, the location might help on that

Rooms are spacious, we stayed in the apartment facing the sea and the view was amazing

The all inclusive food it has a wide variety and tastes good. The upper rooms have beautiful view but the lower ones not, view to swimming pool or to other hotel buildings, like the restaurant

A hotel where you can relax - large green areas around the pool. Suitable for both reading a book and playing with a crawling baby. Delicious themed dinners - mussels, snails, barbecued pork ribs, unique soups and donuts

The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. I recommend it and would come back again!

Large rooms enough for a family of 5 with a baby

The hotel is very nice place to have a holiday in the summer we were very satisfied staff was an amazing very helpful about the restaurant there is the most delicious food we have tasted staff again was very friendly helpful and we were happy to spend our holiday in this place big thanks to Valeriya and Stiliyana the managers of the restaurant

I had the pleasure of being a guest at this hotel and the atmosphere was wonderful. Pets are allowed in the hotel. There is a bar that offers all kinds of drinks. The hotel has a conference hall and an animation corner

Location: Mura is located in a pedestrian area, although taxis and buses can of course drive down. Mura is is 3rd hotel from the end of the 6km beach line

Directly opposite is the Baltata nature reserve which we ran through most days, then onto the coast road up to Balchik. Directly outside is also the Albena 'train' which regularly runs into town (approx 1km away)

We made sure our table was clean and tidy because that is the respectful thing to do. It also teaches our children a lesson, keeping the environment and other people free from harm

Communal Areas: There was a nice seating area in reception with a bar, upstairs was a pool table and underneath a shop. Outdoor seating on either side of the hotel was available

It was my 6th year here in Mura. I love the beach in Albena, especially in Mura where you can go out of the hotel and you are there. This year the rooms were renovated and they were great

Cleanliness: Excellent and high standard everywhere. There were cleaning staff constantly cleaning and tidying up after people

Bar coffee machines great (automatic ones average :) I would be happy to visit again. May be if cracked bathroom tile is fixed would be perfect. Fridge is small :) But as a whole I was happy there

Towels, shampoo, soap were changed and put every day. Bed linen after the third day. Coffee in machines in the restaurant, bars is quite tasty, ice cream of different types too

I would like the dishes to be washed more thoroughly, but there were plastic cutlery. The beach is very close, wide, there are many sun loungers, the distance between them is good

Very close in the center there is a spring with mineral water, on the embankment there are small fountains with the same water everywhere. The heat does not bother, as there are trees, greenery, well-groomed everywhere

It was really pleasant staying in this hotel. With kids I can say it was perfect. The beach was a few minute walk

Every day, the cleaning staff came to change the towels and tidy up. The food was excellent, varied and very tasty. The staff were kind and attentive

The main restaurant is open multiple times during the day (closed for replenishment), there is a grill restaurant on the pool level also and there are sandwiches and cakes available from the coffee shop on the lobby level

I have read other reviews that say the staff are rude but that couldn't be further from the truth. I think the issue is the language barrier because the staff are all very polite when you speak with them

Nice resort to stay, close to the beach but not much around the area. Pets are allowed, but it is best to phone for verification. The rooms were nice, the food was good, small shop with nessassary items.

The resort offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, and there’s really no reason to leave the premises during your stay. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back!

This is our second time visiting and I can say that we are all more than happy with Hotel Jeravi! The food is excellent and they replenish all the food very quickly when it runs out! If you like fish and meat in general you're gonna love this cousine! Rooms are very nice and clean with a good view and beach is very close to the hotel! The animation program is in Czech and Bulgarian and the animators...

Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it

The hotel is located in close proximity to the north beach in the village of Primorsko. The rooms are more than decent and the common areas are well maintained

The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive

This year Lotus reopened after 3 years of inactivity. They didn't do any renovations, but they reformatted the food. Now there are three meals a day in a wonderful restaurant with amazing dishes

Left a complaint at the reception. In my opinion, some of the rooms need to be repainted, but I am happy with the rest

Pro: relative small price for all inclusive in august 2000 bgn for 1 week,nice staff, 2 pools, relativly clean as per total, nice big rooms, area for kids over 4 years 2 play, okysh food, very very nicr staff, cleaning lady changed our sheets like 4 times because the kid kept eating biscuits in bed and made it dirty, always had fresh towels, all in all a good experience

The second minus is the beach, which is not cleaned, and people who do not understand that when they have drunk or eaten, they should at least throw away plastic dishes, and the third main minus is the cleanliness of the rooms, namely, the impression was that our room was not cleaned at all, but only thrown away

The botanical garden is actually very lovely and so welcome because it keeps everything cooler than in town. Don’t count on the playground, it’s a relic from the 80’s, but we had no expectations there so all is well

We ended up driving downtown anyway to the promenade beach which is way smoother to enter the water, and the sand is smoother as well, also less waves than in other parts at the same moment in time, probably because it’s the most protected (by the two piers to the left and right)

I very much appreciated the fact that right at check-in they were honest about their beach, the hotel’s beach, and said theirs is terrible and very small (true) and we are welcome to use the next door hotel’s beach (Cabacum)

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly

There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes in the rooms, no towels provided at the pool, the ice cream should be served since lunchtime not with the afternoon snack and the pool bar closing time could be extended with one more hour to 23, of course all this is minor things that don't affect the whole experience
