Ultimately you trade location for facilities which are excellent. Used the spa and pool every day, and enjoyed breakfast and dinner! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, rooms were clean spacious and well equipped

Excellent choice for off the season skiing or vacation. Location is away from noise and traffic, apartments are quite big and with option for self cooking, pool is big and in very good condition

It’s hard to understand how guests are expected to use the sauna without functioning showers, people were going straight from the sauna to the pool while still sweaty

Great Stay! Only minor negative is the location which you need to use the shuttle to get to town, and it's not quite early enough to beat the heavy gondola queue

Everything is perfect. Very clean and luxurious.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower wasn't tidy, and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The resort itself is truly magnificent.

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The resort is great, and our accommodation, the lake house, was very nice, it had great views, but the bed was horrible, very very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, it is time to change it

The reception was average, it is incomprehensible that there are so many people and none of them speak any Spanish, explanations of the services were just enough, if not almost none

The meals were very good, especially breakfast and dinner, the lunch buffet was very sparse

Spa: the spa in the hotel is the main attraction. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature, it has several saunas, jacuzzi and other stuff, and it was perfect

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located, making it a great choice for any stay. However, what truly made my experience special was the staff

A special mention from is for Nelly in the restaurant, who went beyond the generic, and made sure our selection was adjusted, adapted, and fitting for our group, both kids and parents, and who was also very helpful for the wine and food pairing

They were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Their professionalism and warmth turned my stay into something truly wonderful and memorable. I would definitely come back again! Perfect for kids

The breakfast they server is fantastic with vast variety but the breakfast room is a bit overcrowded; the same stands for the new spa centre and the swimming pools which most of the time are overpopulated which is a bit bothering

Two years ago, they had issues with too much chlorine in the pool, but this is solved now. The location is just a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very friendly staff. Beautiful room with breathtaking view of the mountain. Nice restaurant and bar. Had so so much fun in the pool and jacuzzi. Definitely recommend

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room/apartment is clean and spacious. The large pool is a highlight as you can swim in it, compared to other hotels that are too small

Place has a swimming pool, you can stay in the hotel or in apartment you can also order food at the restaurant. Also there is a supermarket 2 min walk. Everything is on your doorstep

Great location, we had a nice appointment with a stunning view of the Pirin mountain's summit Vihren. Decent breakfast, Swedish table. Little bit slippery around the pool so watch out!

👌 💯 We were accommodated in a super spacious apartment of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony, in a luxury complex, which is 10 minutes from the city, in a quiet and very beautiful area, near the mountains

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable

Room was clean and sufficient. It could have used a decent chair. Lady at reception was pleasant. I don't think I can fault the hotel, but I saw after arriving that rooms "may have" balconies

We had everything we wanted. The massage was really good, also the saună was a blessing after a full day of skiing. Every day the towels were changed. The breakfast had a good value for money.

The guest house has a spa center and an amazing typical Bulgarian restaurant-Mehana. The room was clean with incredible view. The breakfast has various dishes which are appropriate for every taste preference

We had a great stay at Kap House Hotel. The room was warm and clean and the offer of a jacuzzi was much appreciated. Although we did not utilise this, they even offered in-house massage for £30 per hour

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed

We have just stayed here for a few days as a family from Manchester to visit my mums grave in Vasilyovo and we will definitely be back!! All of the staff were fantastic even though we don’t speak any Bulgarian they were all so nice to us from the minute we arrived

The hotel was very nice, our room was clean and the food at the restaurant was very delicious. The breakfast was amazing and the personnel at the restaurant were very friendly and polite.

Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. They have parking places in front of the hotel. We only stayed for a night but it would be suitable for longer stays as well.

We stayed at the end of September, and since none of the outdoor pools are heated, all we could do is sleep and eat. We were disappointed because we went there for the waterslides and they were all closed

It would be nice for at least one small outdoor pool to have been heated. The indoor pool was lukewarm, but its depth is not suitable for toddlers

The location is very clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. The food is excellent, diverse and very tasty. The restaurant is very clean! The staff is friendly and helps you with any request

We went has the season was ending so some thing like the on site shop was closed but still great. The food was what we expected has plenty of choice and the snack bar was great in between meals

There you can leave a child under 3 to be entertained by well trained professionals, usually in the slots 10-12, 14-16 and 17:30-19:30. It costs extra, and must be booked a day in advance via the app

There is also a lot of nature in addition to the sport camps. The lady at the Palace Front desk, Irena was amazing. She knew everything and did her best to make your stay wonderful! My wife and I loved our stay

There are two hotels at this place to stay at. Therma Palace and Therma Village. If you want to be with the kids stay at the Village. If you want quiet parents time, stay at Therma Palace

The Palace has an old time Hollywood boutique feel, like it’s trapped in time. The Village is much bigger and has a more modern feel. Both have wonderful mineral pools

My daughter came to a skating camp here. My wife and I tagged along to this hotel. Don’t expect American standards. It’s hard to compare because things are so different in Bulgaria

The beaches are clear and calm, the staff is wonderfully accommodating. They try their best to give you the best experience. The food was good and there was a lot of variety

People are also very direct, very different culture here. It is a very nice hotel and everyone is friendly and tries their best. This is mainly a sports training camp/hotel

Check in was reasonably quick, so straight to the room, right at the end of the second floor. The first thing you notice is how warm it is - the heating was on full, so I had to sleep with the window open

However, the jacuzzi is dirty, with visible mold, and the kitchen is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced - low-quality food at high prices, completely ruining the experience

It is very well renovated and refreshed. The room we were accommodated in was very clean, large, tidy and warm. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the view from the bar is amazing

The room was clean and comfortable. though a bit on the small side. Easy to manage for one, but with two people carrying a lot of gear, it would have been very tight

The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking

Big, modern and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was good, the pool was realy nice (the water was warm), and the dinner was amazing. We spent the mornings in the pool

The beach was not very far (10 - 12 minutes walking distance). You can find free parking spots in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this place
