The hotel is worth the price. Close to the metro.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Everything was great, but the beds were a bit old and the springs were uncomfortable. The cleanliness was excellent. You can easily walk to the center from its location. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would choose this hotel again if I were to go back.

The accommodation, although short, proved adequate; it was clean, and no one spoiled the atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the marketing technique they used to display the photos here on this website, which aren't 100% accurate.

Nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a good staff. The hotel is somewhat isolated, but they also had a full restaurant, although there was a large group being catered the night we were there, so there was some competition for service. A cosy hotel near the city of Sofia. The quiet neighbourhood brings peace to the traveler and the wood inside the lobby of this hotel makes you feel like home. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, ready to help you find out the culture of Bulgaria. The big rooms are very cosy too.

Exceptional facilities and an extremely helpful personnel make the perfect residence for a visit in Sofia! Next time we revisit Sofia, this will be our first choice, for sure!

Small boutique hotel not too far outside the city centre, 10-15 minutes walk away. Our room was small but looked new and are very clean, extremely comfortable bed. The lobby bar is a kind of a joke, 2 stools and a few bottles on shelves, nothing chilled. The staff were excellent, very helpfull and very friendly. Great location, spacious rooms and helpful staff. I stayed in two different rooms a few days apart (201 and 504) and I appreciated the balcony and amenities in each. This place is a gem, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Sofia.

A rather grumpy receptionist didn't make us feel welcome, but the rooms were a relief. Spacious, comfortable bed, bath tub and a narrow but adequate balcony. The view of the old houses is interesting. At night very quiet.

The staff ladies are very attentive and patient. The bedsheets are clean, the towels too, and they smell good. There is hot water 24/7. I appreciate if you can replace the old, lumpy mattress. Great ski hotel - superbly located just off one of the Nursery slopes and easy access to the main ski lifts and a v short walk into the centre. Rooms are fairly basic but spacious and clean with probably one of the best bed mattresses ever ! Very nice rooms. I reserved a parking spot and it was outside in front of a bank. Paid same amount for parking as others that received underground parking. As a positive the breakfast has very good deserts. The negative is that the breakfast was very poor in quality and we also found hair on the plate.

Perfect location. Close to the Paradise Mall and other attractions. Easy to get a taxi if you need to go somewhere. Close to shops to buy food etc. make sure you try their hot chocolate at breakfast time and they can also borrow you an umbrella when needed if it rains and you have to go out. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Honestly, giving it 3 stars is being generous. It's well-located in the center of Sofia, just a short walk from the Serdika metro station. The main issue is that the property is quite old, and it definitely shows. Overall, it was clean and quiet. For my two nights, it was fine.

Situated in a quiet residential area (Lozenets), parking space on a nearby parking lot (5 mins). Friendly and helpful receptionist. Room was a bit cramped because of the placement of a useless fridge (making use of the couch impossible). We booked a studio for 1 night. The bathroom was really dirty - the bathtub was not cleaned and the jets and drain have probably never been deep cleaned, the toilet had poop stains - overall disgusting. The furniture was old and the chairs had dark stains. For 1 night it was okay-ish for an okay price but if I had to stay more and needed to use the shower, I don't know what I would've done.

It is considered to be a better local characteristic hotel in Bulgaria. They upgraded our room for free, the breakfast was also good, and most importantly, the hotel service was also very good. If we encountered any difficulties, Ctrip was able to handle them in time.

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens). The shower was small but effective (although struggled to get warm in the morning), and that's about it for conveniences; there some luggage storage under the bed, a pair of coat hangers fixed...

This isn't our first time staying here. It's a fairly comfortable hotel. However, during our last visit, there were no face towels in the room, and the kitchen had very few appliances. There was a stove, but no pots or pans. It's a shame there wasn't a microwave.

We stayed at Hotel Edelweiss for 5 nights when we came skiing. We had a brilliant experience the welcome was great despite it being 1am. The room was comfortable and warm.
