In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice. The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub. The design is minimal yet warm, with thoughtful details that instantly help you relax. Good hotel for business stay. The breakfast is good enough but nothing exceptional. Swimming pool is OK, sauna is good. Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning. Lovely bar area with nice cocktails, we had dinner in the restaurant which was authentic Bulgarian food and the Spa was great.

Perfect stay, nothing to complain about!

The receptionists were professional at their work, although there was something that a little bit disturbed me. At first everything was chill but all of a sudden - like fights (verbal fights), screaming, throwing something and that's all i heard from lobby. Keep that in your mind. Cozy but scary. I WONT visit it again. My review is average because of the professional receptionists.

For example - the light switch for the bathrooms is behind the door on the outside of the bathroom so if you open the door you can't effectively reach for the light. It's a typical, old-fashioned European hotel. It's relatively clean and tidy inside, but it can't compare to the ones in China. Otherwise, there's nothing special. This is a relatively centrally located hotel, but that's the norm in Eastern European cities.

Great experience from the moment I booked the room from the hotel's website. Staff was polite, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel's location is truly central in Sofia. It's close to the main business district, and Vitosha Blvd, with all its restaurants, is within walking distance. I had no complaints about the hotel facilities; they were perfectly satisfactory. I personally opted for a breakfast-included plan, but I would have appreciated a bit more variety, especially with salads and other vegetables.

4 stars for the low soundproof. I had to knock to my neighbors at 2 am to calm them down and there was no music just talking. The room was average cleanliness. The cleaning staff didn't check thoroughly, leaving the previous occupant's used towel hanging behind the door. The kettle wasn't emptied either. Basic facilities but ideal for a cheap ski break with family or friends. Very close to the piste (nothing is far from anything in Borovets). There were quite a few large groups staying but noise never seemed to be an issue. A very unique and a surprising space combining a hotel, bar and a restaurant. The interior is designerish with hip, funky colors. The rooftop area offers a chic experience and it has a cool, chill vibe. Great merchandise also! Worth a visit either for a drink on the rooftop, to spend a night in the hotel or to try their food.

If I could give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars, I would. For the price, you get exceptional service, all the amenities you could need, and a clean, modern, and very pleasant environment. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to help with recommendations. The place is superb - it is an exciting combo of design and intention of everything happening here. The service is very attentive and make you feel like home immediately. I absolutely fell in love with how much work been put into creating a vibe like that. Well done the owner! Highly recommended!
