This is my third time staying in this hotel. Welcoming reception, helpful friendly manager ,lovely atmosphere in the the restaurant!! Nice city view from the third floor balcony! I will use it again !

Dream hotel was perfect for our quick night in Zagreb! They were prompt and courteous with the airport shuffle, even with arriving at 1:30AM. The next day, they went above and beyond by dropping us off near the airport where we needed to go. Great beds, shower pressure was perfect and welcomed after a long journey from the States. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I stayed here while getting dental treatment in the area. Lovely staff both on reception and housekeeping. Supermarket, pharmacy and other shops a two minute walk away, also a bus stop right outside. I stayed here while I was having dental work done. I found the staff lovely. The receptionists were all friendly even the ones who weren’t that fluent in English. The hotel was fine, but they didn't gave us the double bedroom as we had reserved it on booking, instead they gave us a twin bed room. We had specifically requested a double one, and they just said that their colleague had forgotten to remove it from booking as booked. It’s a sport venue hotel. It caters primarily to sports teams. Rooms are nice and big enough, bathrooms are spacious and clean. If you go out of toilet paper you need to ask for more in the restaurant/reception and then do the walk of shame to your room with a roll of toilet paper in hand. Great hotel with a decent price, evwn low I might say! For breakfast we had a vhoice between mixed breakfast and omelete- the mixed one was great! Cheese, some jam, ham...very delicious! The rooms are spacious and clean.

Nice location, big rooms but the drain in the shower is very clog and the aircon doesn't work, has an "F1" error, wifi is very slow.

It's a good value for the price. But it is no frills place - just the bare minimum. There's also no breakfast available. But the rooms are quite spacious. Advice to the management: one small pillow is really not enough.

It was a good experience and hotel is in close proximity to main walking street. Can walk to most of the city attractions from the hotel. I did use the metro to get to the hotel from airport and after that 3 days of walking to cover all the major attractions. I extended my stay and they booked me in the other part of their hotel for an extra night at a lower price.

The stay was very nice and comfortable. The rooms are quite cozy and some of them are spacious. But most of all I'd like to mention the friendliness of the staff, especially the check in counter. Very courteous and super helpful. Eva especially was amazing and helped out with booking a few tours and pub crawls. She made us feel welcomed. Thank you Eva and Team Sofia Place.

This is an amazing hotel full of people that actually care about your well being! The food there is made out of fresh products and you could tell how much hard work was put into this place! The location is outstanding - near the entrance of the city.

beds uncomfortable for me at least, very clean, they do the job, reception is 24/7 which is good, kinda strange with the restaurant, wouldn't recommend breakfast because you don't get your money worth. Because of its location the prices are good, but the rooms lack natural lighting and the lamps aren't strong with white light. The shower is great, you get your accessories.

Stayed there for one night before flying back home. The hotel room could be bigger. Price felt little bit too high, otherwise no complains. Parking is available right infront of the building. Next to it is a small grocery shop, but unfortunately it takes only cash.

Very friendly staff, they understand english fairly well, The room was clean and equipped with AC and a smart TV. Kitchen, bathroom and shower is communal. Balcony and a small garden is also available. Good price-value.

Had an overlay at midnight and tried to find a hotel near the airport to sleep. Stumbled upon this quiet little hotel that is only 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi. Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who gave us an old but clean and air-conditioned room for a very reasonable price. The shower was good too with the basic equipment. 10 times better than sleeping at the airport overnight

This hotel is located to the south of Sofia in the shadow of the mountains. Small, friendly, comfortable hotel it has no restaurant at present but there sre cafes and restaurants nearby. Dont trust the lift it is unreliabile. The rooms are large enough and clean. It is a short bus ride to the centre of Sofia and there are walks in the mountains.

Super convenient if you’re from out of town and accompanying a relative or a close one in one of the hospitals nearby. Looks decent, nice, clean and affordable and has a restaurant too. It's a nice little, no frills hotel. Slightly off the beaten path, tucked in a safe residential neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Sofia's main train and bus stations are no more than 10 walking distance as the nearest metro stop. Overall, good experience and made my stay in Sofia wonderful.

Love this little boutique hotel. Room was clean and with beautiful paintings. It is Close to metro station as well as bus and train stations. The lady at the reception Christina is very sweet and attentive. She got me boiled water the first night we arrived because tap water is not drinkable in Sofia. The hotel doesn’t provide bottled water in the room or a kettle. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

The room is a bit dated, but it was clean and lovingly decorated. The owner speaks very little English, but she is very friendly, and communication was easy with Google Translate. We had to extend our stay by one night after missing out on tickets for the night train to Istanbul, and this was no problem at all.

We had a lovely time eating at Green King! Peter’s service was fantastic - he walked us full the full menu highlight dishes for my friends who are vegetarian and have nut and dairy allergies which was really appreciated. The food was also delicious - definitely recommend the garlic sautéed potatoes!

Outstanding food, and wonderful service from Peter! The garlic bread and soup saved our frozen souls on more than one post slope lunch. If you have kids try and get a table in the annex, they can be a bit feral without bugging anyone. Also half-litre red wine is a bargain!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment (family of four) and everything was great, it's modest but comfortable, really warm and well located. Peter was a wonderful host too. We also ate in the restaurant one night and loved the food.

I had a wonderful visit here recently. The food was absolutely lovely—hot, tasty, and just what I was looking for. However, the highlight of the meal was the service.
