The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sofia, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 25-minute drive to the airport. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside.

The reception seems a bit unorganised, as we had booked 5 rooms and there was a problem with the reservation of one of them. However after explaining everything was fine. Bokked this hotel multiple times, and have never been disappointed, nor have I been particularly impressed. In general cleanliness is ok, although that time,.some rust in the bathroom snd black marks on the wall near the bed gave some bad taste. I guess it's because.some rooms have not yet been res Freshes, while many others have. Overall ok for price.

Room is clean, but quite small. The shower area in bathroom has only partition without a door. There is no toiletries, no kettle and welcome coffee/tea. No refrigerator. We have our breakfast in the hotel. No halal meat, thus we just have our coffee, bread, and fruit.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed many times but on this occasion they had no breakfast facilities on as the restaurant was closed. Although they have a vending machine near reception the coffee wasn't up to much and there wasn't any kettle available to use although they did say they would give us boiled water if we asked.

I booked the hotel for only one night stay. Early in the morning (5:30) there was no warm water to take a shower before my flight. Really disappointed.

They welcomed me with a free room update, the room service was great and the food in the restaurant really delicious, the room was spacious (although bit noisy from the Bulevard), the staff were nice, especially the lady at the reception and the breakfast was delightful. It is good value for money and the breakfast is ok. Great location if you need to take coach or train as both stations are within 10 mins walk. Otherwise if planning to explore Sofia probably can find something in a nicer area and more central.

This is mixed experience. I spent thefe 2 nights. The first night was a nightmare. We got aroom on the 3rd floor which is old and poorly maintained. Perfect stay, nothing to complain about!

The receptionists were professional at their work, although there was something that a little bit disturbed me. At first everything was chill but all of a sudden - like fights (verbal fights), screaming, throwing something and that's all i heard from lobby. Keep that in your mind. Cozy but scary. We stayed here for one night, about 20 minutes from Sofia Airport. The hotel offers parking and 24/7 reception, which was very convenient. The jacuzzi was not working, they said one of the guests broke it. I'm not sure why the hotel is 4 stars. Other then that it's close to some nice locations (with a car), it's clean, quiet, you can get a nice massage that costs extra, but it's worth it, it's pet friendly as well.

Together with the attached restaurant it's a reasonable choice on the outskirts of Sofia. The bus 67 runs in front of the hote but it takes 30 minutes to get to the city. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit worn but everything is clean. The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety.

It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia. Ordinary standard but very nice small hotel.

The hotel is located just several minutes away from the main train and bus stations. Rooms are large and double bed is huge. Some elements in the room might be impractical for some people but certainly not disastrous (basically a wet room and not a shower with curtains, low bed and sofa, huge windows that can open just a little bit) but overall it's a very good value and we are glad for staying there...

Room was cozy with very comfort bed. I had working air conditioning. The TV had like 5 chanels but maybe it was only in my room. The wifi was fast. The receptionist was very kind. There had no noise at the night and place was very calm. I didn't like the location because I had job at the center but for price I paid this place was good.
