The staff is very good, very responsive and very helpful. The hotel is located in a somewhat hard-to-reach place (such as in industrial areas near warehouses) and 10 minutes from the nearest bus stop. But with google maps it is easy to find. The rooms were clean and tidy. The only problem was that it said we had breakfast, but one day the restaurant was closed and they give you breakfast in a bag... For a hotel, I didn't like that. The next day we had breakfast as we were leaving the hotel and it was good. Hope my review helps!

I arrived at night I ran into the night receptionist, very unpleasant, blond hair, she did not say hello. we had to be two a third person it is added I therefore modify on booking but madam it is allowed to ask for a supplement in addition to booking directly no smile very mean look I did not find her cool for a first night in Bulgaria. the rooms are ok the breakfast is ridiculous

Good location for 1 night stay. It's easy to reach from the highway if you use Google Maps. The room was ok for 36 euro (dbl b&b), bed is super comfy, but the staff is a drawback. In fact it's not different than anywhere else in Bulgaria.
Breakfast was poor, appropiate for the room rate.
Parking is big and look safe.
So, final verdict: choose Astra if you have a car and don't wanna pay too much for a room

Wonderful customer service, suitable for business trips, free parking. The staff is really well mannered and organized, definitely good price considering everything.

A very nice basic hotel for travellers who seek clean, quiet and reasonably close to airport hotel at very a reasonable price. The service is good. Standard rooms are as expected.
No experience of the hotel restaurant - there was a wedding last time we visited. We did not hear anything to our 3rd floor room though. Definately will book a room again even though the enviroment is very industrial.

Love the atmosphere, I got cozy & clean 'smokers' room with very comfy bed,nice staff, only the included so called 'breakfast' was poor, and I mean reeaallyy poor, surprisingly t even a cup of coffee, but all else was definitely best value for the price! :) RECOMMENDED!!

The hotel is very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and offer all means of comfort. The bed is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but it is far from the city centre and there are not many stores or restaurants near.
