We arrived at 2 am and there was still someone to check us in. Employees were lovely.
The room is very clean and the beds comfortable. The shared amenities were very clean as well.
You are very well located in Sofia, we managed to visit everything by foot.
For the price, I can only recommend !

Very friendly staff, they understand english fairly well, The room was clean and equipped with AC and a smart TV. Kitchen, bathroom and shower is communal. Balcony and a small garden is also available. Good price-value.

the host family was exceptionally nice, offered us free beers on arrival, showed us around, room was spacious, had AC and a TV as well, bathroom was clean but no soap at that time, location is also perfect, the garden was also lovely!

The location is good and the receptionists are very friendly and kind, they didn't speak English but we managed to communicate through google translator. Wi-Fi was good and the room was clean. They were very flexible with checkin, we were able to pay for an early check-in since we arrived very early in the morning.
The whole room smells strongly cigarettes because the smoking areas are the balconies that are pretty much open to the hall of rooms and some other people smoke inside the building. The bathroom smelled of urine. In the shower, the hot water didn't last much.

Most important you'll receive a friendly warm welcome from the host. If you are looking for budget accommodation, centrally located and clean, then this is the place for you. The rooms are basic but clean with towels, soap and loo roll and a comfy bed, TV. Free WiFi. I had a peaceful sleep. (But could do with bedside lamp) Shared bathroom, loos and kitchen, kept clean at all times. Small balcony overlooking the garden so it was peaceful to relax. I would recommend and would stay here again.

A great hotel to stay 1/2 nights while in transit, the owner just arrived offered us coffee and drinks, he was very nice and friendly, the price is cheap, the room is clean, it has air conditioning, the TV, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and soft, the only flaw is the bathroom, not the best, otherwise highly recommended

The bed is dirty and non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes in the room is really bad..
