We went off season so it was quiet. No promised entertainment. Rooms cleaned regularly, reasonable all inclusive drinks. Pool bar not open. Food edible but always lukewarm and fairly bland. Pork, chicken and fish every meal with good choice of salads. Great area as huge sandy beach but suspect it gets rammed later in the season. Regular bus service to Varna. Most desk staff friendly and helpful.

My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Nice little beach mostly visited by the locals. It is not so easy to find/get there. Parking is available for free as well as paid. There are toilets, changing rooms and chaise long available for rent. A small bar is also available for ice cream and other refreshments. The life guards were very attentative for everyone's safety.

The personel from the reception, Sedef and Yanislav did a awesome job. Is was a lot of people there, everyone with different problems, but they managed it perfectly. They are the sweetest and I really wanted to tell it here. About the place, it is very beautiful, clean and it is the first hotel to totally make me feel at home.

Very nice, not really 4 stars, but 3+. The pool is nice, execpting the music in the afternoons - manele and very cheap traditional romanian music, very loud, unpleasent for us ... The Sofia Hotel beach was also nice, the food ok, pizza was only with meat, but they have good vegetarian options.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and nice. We had room with a beautiful sea view. The food at the restaurant is tasty. There are 3 pools plus one minin aquapark for small kids.
