This time, our family stayed here for our trip to Beijing. Not only is the location excellent, and the facilities top-notch, but more importantly, the staff are highly professional. Our experience from check-in to check-out was incredibly satisfying! Many service staff, such as the front desk and concierge, provided us with thoughtful assistance. The hotel's location is superb, close to the subway and several shopping malls, and the room space is incredibly large. The service is exceptionally attentive; every staff member felt genuinely warm and welcoming. The hygiene was also excellent, with towels and bedding all feeling new and comfortable. At this price, it's unbeatable. My only suggestion would be that an upgrade to the decor would make...

Excellent location with great service! The staff member at the lobby entrance was particularly welcoming and enthusiastic. The room was clean, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 6 nights and found the location to be very convenient. The hotel is just a 580-meter walk from Exit E of Xidan Station, which is an interchange for Metro Lines 1 and 4 (making it the closest hotel to Xidan Subway Station). The surrounding area is mostly office buildings, so it's quiet. It's also easy to get around to various places, usually just one or two subway stops away. The hygiene...

Absolutely excellent hotel. Great breakfasts. The staff are genuinely caring. I definitely recommend this hotel to foreigners. Sure, the staff’s English isn’t perfect, but who cares? They really want to help you and happily use translators :)

Overall, it was a good stay. Check-out was quick, and it was convenient to store luggage and mail packages. Alina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic. The location is also quite good, with a small convenience store nearby, though it was closed for the holiday. However, it's close to Xidan Shopping Mall, so you can always go there.

I got a great room upgrade. The room was clean, hygienic, very quiet, and comfortable. The front desk was excellent! They helped me store my luggage, and Alina Alice from the front desk even reminded me about an item I left in the room, otherwise I would have had to get it mailed.

Came here for a business trip during the May Day holiday, and even though the hotel was quite busy, the service was still excellent. The front desk kindly stored my luggage for free, and Alina helped me with a late check-out. Room service was also very prompt; I requested a toothbrush and it arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied with my stay.

I had a great stay here. The location is excellent for transportation, making it convenient for errands. It's close to my office, and in my free time, I explored Niujie and Qianmen, which are great for snacks. The hotel is also not far from Xidan. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly, and they provided detailed information about local attractions. Alina Alice provided excellent service...

Thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade. On the plus side, it was very clean and spacious. However, I could hear street noise from the room; better soundproofing on the windows would be an improvement. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which disturbed my sleep a bit, and the heating wasn't very effective. I could also faintly hear noise from the adjacent room and the hallway, but it wasn...

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for business. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway. What really stands out is their fantastic service – they often upgrade my room, and the cleanliness is top-notch! Highly recommend!
