The environment: This time I booked an inner-facing room. The window overlooked the ground floor restaurant, so I couldn't open it, and there was an odor in the room. Traveling with my elderly parents. They really enjoyed it. The bagged tea was very fragrant. Towels and bath towels were clean and tidy. My parents were able to use the TV channel selection normally after learning how. The buffet also suited their tastes.
