Exceptional birthday stay with just one minor suggestion!
The Westin is truly the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and featured the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in
They went above and beyond by providing complimentary decorations and a delicious halal cake, which we appreciated so much. The only downside was that the room felt a bit too warm
The location is unbeatable, and the view from our room was simply spectacular. What made our stay truly memorable was how accommodating the staff were for my birthday
A standard Westin experience, everything was pretty good. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around; it's right by the subway exit
They were shouting in the afternoon, still shouting when I got back to the hotel after 11 PM, and then started again around 8 AM on Sunday – better than an alarm clock!
The other thing was that after finishing my meal in the room in the afternoon, I wanted to call for someone to pick up the trays
Even though it was winter, I believe the hotel should still offer the option of air conditioning for guests who prefer a cooler environment

The Kuntai Jiahua Hotel is conveniently located, making it a great choice for both business trips and family vacations with kids. The service attitude is excellent, parking is easy, and the rooms are clean
The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and they proactively upgraded our room, which made for an excellent stay. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation design, and the facilities were complete
Extremely satisfied! I had originally booked a standard room, but to my pleasant surprise, the front desk upgraded me to an executive room. The room was incredibly spacious
It was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel prepared a small cake in advance and even upgraded my room. It was fantastic, I'm so happy!
The decor was exquisite and stylish. The location is superb, within walking distance to attractions and the subway station
The hotel service was excellent, facilities were complete, and the location was close to many attractions.

First, the room type we booked clearly had two bathrooms, yet Ctrip's description only listed '1 bathroom. ' This watered-down, downgraded description is likely due to the sales department's lack of attention
The south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows are bright and offer expansive views of the city, making it a very relaxing experience to swim there. The Black Forest cake and strawberry cheesecake from the deli were delicious
Whenever I had a question or an issue, she was always quick to respond and resolve it, which made me feel incredibly valued. Because of her, this experience was exceptionally warm and personal
The Kempinski is a well-established five-star hotel in the embassy district, boasting all the old-money charm with its restaurants, lounge, bakery, gym, and shopping mall
However, the service was a bit of a mixed bag – the executive lounge and in-room service were incredibly thoughtful and proactive, leaving a great impression
However, the front desk staff we encountered on the first day of check-in were stiff and cold throughout, making us feel uncomfortable

First time staying here, and I found all the staff to be wonderful, especially Nelson at the front desk who was always smiling and happy to answer any questions. The breakfast selection was quite rich too
Although the room wasn't brand new, it was well-maintained. Plus, with the subway and a mall nearby, getting around was super convenient. I'll definitely be back – highly recommend!
The hotel facilities are new and complete, clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and shop
The environment is quiet and elegant, and the ambiance is fantastic. Frank's service was also thoughtful and attentive. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations
Exceeded my expectations overall! The room was very spacious with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped at all. Everything was spotlessly clean
I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. Highly recommended to everyone!

Great location, very close to Wangfujing, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were warm, polite, and provided excellent service
The chef at the live cooking station during breakfast was very professional and enthusiastically explained the dishes. The food selection was extensive and tasted great
The hotel is right in the shopping district and a very convenient walk to Wangfujing. It's super easy to find food and get around. The room was clean, completely smoke-free, and the AC worked perfectly
The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive; they even upgraded my room
Once you learn about the historical events and figures associated with it, you realize it's definitely worth staying at least once! The buffet restaurant on the top floor offers views of almost the entire Forbidden City! I went there the next morning (April 28th) before breakfast just to check it out
The restaurant staff asked for my room number, and when I told her I hadn't booked breakfast and was just visiting, she then gave me a very enthusiastic and comprehensive introduction to the hotel! My main purpose for this trip was to see the flowers, visiting places around the Forbidden City like Jingshan Park, the Imperial Ancestral Temple, Zhongshan Park, and Taoranting
Beijing, 5 Jianwai Street, Chaoyang District (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The facilities are a bit dated though; the power outlets in the room seem to be very old, as most of them are loose when you plug something in, which needs improvement. The 1 PM checkout time is a bit early
The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. I was really happy with the cleanliness, service, and overall environment
Great location! You can drive right up to the entrance. The hotel's a bit dated, but the facilities are all there and it's super convenient for dining and getting around. Breakfast was really good too.
Every time I travel for business, I stay at Jianguo Hotel. It's close to my office, located in Beijing's CBD, making it convenient to go anywhere
For example, they have a sterilizing cabinet and a 'Tu Ye' (Lord Rabbit) decoration, which really showcases Chinese culture effectively
This is an older hotel, and even though it's a bit dated, many of the details are still very well-executed

Miya at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive, very polite and efficient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and all in good working order. Plus, the location offers convenient transportation
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite must-praise. Even a standard room is 50 square meters, which is incredibly rare in Beijing; the spaciousness made for a very comfortable stay
The service was exceptionally thoughtful, and I want to specifically commend Ella. Before I even arrived, she arranged for my pre-sent package to be delivered to my room, making the entire process effortless and reliable
The concierge service at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful! Leah handled the check-in process efficiently, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage, introduced the hotel facilities, and patiently recommended local attractions and delicious food
The hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is spotless, and the environment is refreshing. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the subway station
The price is also very reasonable. Compared to small chain hotels nearby that cost upwards of 400-500 yuan, this place offers larger rooms, excellent service, and far better value for money

I've stayed here several times now. It's super convenient to get to from the airport. The hotel decor is cozy and comfortable, and the facilities are really well-maintained
Pros: The room is very spacious, with a bathtub and two bay windows offering great views! It's also very convenient that food deliveries are brought up by a robot
It's close to the subway station and business district, making transportation convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby
Compared to hotels in the same area, the price is reasonable, making it especially suitable for business travelers or families

We were very satisfied with the Executive Privileges package; we enjoyed all meals except lunch, which was fantastic! Breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour snacks, and evening soft drinks were all perfectly to our taste! We absolutely loved having the continuous Executive Lounge access and services – it was definitely a bonus! Plus, the hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right outside...
The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, Wangfujing Street, and malls like APM. The Zi Guang Yuan restaurant is right next door, making dining very convenient

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and free of any strange odors. Service: The staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast: Available on both the 1st and 17th floors
The 1st floor has more variety, but I'd recommend the 17th floor for a quieter atmosphere and better views

I've stayed here many times, and it's always as comfortable as ever. The rooms are quite spacious and fully equipped with amenities like a coffee machine and bathtub
Behind the reception desk hung a painting by Zeng Fanzhi, understated and sophisticated – truly fitting for the imperial capital
Excellent value for money. The concierge, Li Ruihu, was very responsible and always helped me with my deliveries and express shipments. He was very patient.

Service: For a five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. Our dedicated butler, Anna, proactively added us on WeChat during check-in, and we could reach out to her with any questions at any time
I frequently stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido. Jennifer's service is always so warm and attentive. She called me in advance to arrange my room and even prepared the latex pillow I usually sleep with
Pretty good! While it's not super new, the room facilities are quite complete and the service is decent. The pool is especially nice – big enough and warm.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for both driving and taking the subway. It's about a 20-minute drive to most major attractions and very close to Capital Airport
My only minor complaint is that the heating was too strong; even with the in-room AC turned off and the window open, it was still around 28℃
This might be partly due to the unusually warm weather in Beijing during our stay. After contacting Anna, they provided a fan, which was sufficient and solved the problem
Beijing, No. 8 Qinian Street, Chongwenmen (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is super convenient for exploring Beijing, and you can also check out many popular cafes in Qianmen and wander through the hutongs. It's a shame I overslept both days and missed breakfast
The hotel experience was great. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, making for a very comfortable stay. Both the front desk and room service were warm, attentive, and responded promptly
Upon arrival, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting nearby attractions. My room was soundproofed really well, so no noise disturbed me
It's located right next to a commercial district, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. You can also walk to the Temple of Heaven and Qianmen, which makes sightseeing super easy
You have to go downstairs to pick up your food deliveries. Also, you need to call customer service if you want to open your room window
Every time I visit Beijing, I choose New World. The hygiene standards are met, and this time I even got an upgrade to a suite
Beijing, 7 Jianguomen South Avenue, Dongcheng Di (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was generally clean and the bedding was comfortable. The heating was a bit too warm for us, coming from the south, which took some getting used to. Breakfast was plentiful and replenished quickly
The hotel's location is great, and the price is reasonable. The room was quite spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room
Fantastic hotel and value for money. Although the breakfast service was sometimes disappointing overall we loved our stay
The amenities in this hotel are great, there is a lovely pool which was always quiet and there is also a hot tub and very good gym. The room itself was comfortable and spacious
Stepping out of the hotel and turning right, you'll find a beautiful pocket park. A bit further on is the Beijing City Wall Relics Park, which I recommend visiting if you have time
The room facilities were a bit dated, but the location was excellent. There were a lot of foreign guests staying, so it's likely a partner hotel for international tour groups

Staying at the InterContinental Sanlitun Tongying Center in Beijing was the perfect choice! Rose gave us a thoughtful and detailed introduction to our room's features during check-in, and Yolanda was incredibly quick to respond to our requests, even helping us arrange a late check-out, all with a super sweet smile
My recent stay at the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish! The only tiny quibble was the hotel's somewhat understated entrance, but once inside, I was overwhelmed by pleasant surprises
The front desk service was excellent, especially Summer and Eva who responded promptly to any issues. I extended my stay for several days, and they even brought me complimentary pear juice and fruit, which was fantastic
It was a perfect one night stay! I booked only in the morning and put a special request for a birthday surprise, I didn’t expect such a fast response and the bedroom had special lights, flowers and balloons

The service was great, but the cleanliness needs improvement. There was a strong smell of smoke when I first entered the room. 😅😅
The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to communicate and resolve any issues
A huge thank you to the lady at the front desk, who wore glasses, for arranging a room with a view of the Bird's Nest. I forgot to ask her name, but I really want to express my gratitude to the hotel

Hotel of good standing. Very well placed in the centre of Beijing, near a metro station. Two stations of the forbidden City.
Excellent Quality/price ratio.
Check-out was quick, and it was convenient to store luggage and mail packages. Alina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic
The hotel is also not far from Xidan. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly, and they provided detailed information about local attractions. Alina Alice provided excellent service, a definite commendation!
The location is also quite good, with a small convenience store nearby, though it was closed for the holiday. However, it's close to Xidan Shopping Mall, so you can always go there
