First time staying here, and I found all the staff to be wonderful, especially Nelson at the front desk who was always smiling and happy to answer any questions. The breakfast selection was quite rich too. Although the room wasn't brand new, it was well-maintained. Plus, with the subway and a mall nearby, getting around was super convenient. I'll definitely be back – highly recommend!

The room was too old and felt incredibly small. In Beijing, you really do get what you pay for when it comes to hotels, and this one offered basically no service. The shower pressure was good, but the shower stall itself was tiny.
