Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort is truly exceptional! From the butlers to the staff, service, hygiene, and the hotel scenery – everything was simply outstanding. The hotel as a whole is very quiet, and the public areas are spacious and uncrowded. The meticulous and thoughtful service from the butler made me, a first-time Hyatt guest, feel incredibly welcome and helped me quickly familiarize myself with the hotel's layout and environment.

On the day we arrived, we had dinner at the Western restaurant, and the food was delicious. The next evening, we had the seafood hotpot buffet at the hotel; the seafood was incredibly fresh, there was a wide variety of mushrooms and fish, and even BBQ. I went without a reservation, and the staff, worried I wouldn't have a good experience, squeezed us in and found us seats.

The hotel's super-long infinity pool is very photogenic, though unfortunately, I didn't get to swim there. I did swim once in the indoor pool, but the swimming lane wasn't very long. We booked a photo shoot at the hotel, and the pictures turned out beautifully, capturing the hotel's palm trees, the ocean, and the beach so perfectly. I even paid a few thousand extra for express photo editing because of how stunning they were. The hotel's style looks really high-end and grand in photos, providing immense emotional value. During our stay, they even gave us small desserts every night – the first night was a delicious chocolate brownie, and the second night was a small cake, which was decent. All in all, this is a hotel I'd return to again and again. Next time, I'll book a few more days to truly relax and unwind.

Park Hyatt is the most artistic hotel I've ever stayed in. From the corridors to the swimming pool, and even the small windows in the stairwells, the views outside are meticulously curated. It's perfect for a long stay to slowly savor the experience. The service at Park Hyatt is also the most attentive and thorough. As for dining, both the breakfast and the evening hot pot buffet left me completely satisfied.

Coming to Sanya, I thought the experience at the Rosewood Sanya was the ultimate, but staying at the Park Hyatt took it to a whole new level. The Park Hyatt sea-view suite, over 120 square meters, was simply 'spacious.' The long table in the living room felt like it was made for meetings. The other word that comes to mind is 'beautiful.' The long, ribbon-like windows offered stunning, ever-changing scenic views. The room's decor was exquisite and grand, and the facilities were modern and fully automated.

The butler service was excellent, with prompt and attentive responses that felt warmly personal. Breakfast at both restaurants was fantastic, and the dishes at the Tea House were particularly refined and delicious. The observation deck's array of beautiful and uniquely shaped pastries, coupled with the sweet singing of the musicians, truly lives up to its reputation as Sanya's best afternoon tea.

My first time ever swimming in the sea in winter was at the Park Hyatt. The 'glass sea' at Sun Bay was breathtaking. Diving into the water, I was delighted by the corals and small fish. I had specifically bought a waterproof case for my iPhone, but initially couldn't capture clear images. After a quick online search, I learned I needed to use the 0.5x lens. Haha, and sure enough, I captured many amazing videos! The colorful tropical fish swam freely in their own territory, and a large school of golden pomfret playfully darted around me, completely unaware they were being filmed.

If you're particular about resort hotels, then Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay is a must-stay when visiting Sanya. On this trip, I stayed at both Capella and Park Hyatt, and I truly felt the meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful service at Park Hyatt Sunny Bay.

The drive to the hotel offers stunning views of the most beautiful road and coastline. Security at the hotel entrance is very strict; you're only allowed in if you have a reservation, which provides a great sense of security for guests.

Check-in was incredibly smooth. As I was traveling during peak season, the hotel was very considerate while we waited to check in. They directed us to a lounge where we could enjoy complimentary refreshments and drinks. After check-in was complete, we were chauffeured to our room. Seeing that we had a child, they also prepared a set of children's amenities, which was incredibly thoughtful and considerate.

What truly stands out, of course, is the hotel's design. Every step reveals a new breathtaking view, and every vista reflects a pursuit of art. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next vacation to Sanya.

Having stayed in many high-quality hotels across the country, Park Hyatt is consistently ranked number one in our family's opinion. Both the hardware and service provide an absolutely top-notch stay experience. The entire Sun Bay is a stunning attraction, with beautiful scenery along all six kilometers of Sun Bay Road. It's convenient whether you're driving or taking a taxi. The hotel's Chinese restaurant and hot pot buffet are our top choices for dinner. The large swimming pool, just 130 meters away, is perfect for photos, and the beach right outside has few people and beautiful views, with incredibly clear water. Over our entire 6-day stay, everyone from the front desk, butlers, and service staff to the housekeeping ladies were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Our whole family gives it a unanimous thumbs-up! 🥂

I returned to Sanya after 5 years. Five years ago, my wife and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt, EDITION, and Ritz-Carlton. This time, I brought my child and we stayed at Atlantis, Crowne Plaza, and Park Hyatt. All six hotels are fantastic, but if you ask me which one has the most beautiful beach and truly represents the 'pinnacle' of luxury hotels, I would unhesitatingly say the Park Hyatt.

The hotel itself is a work of art, a masterpiece that embodies the architect's soul, and its architectural beauty is simply stunning. This 'artwork' is further filled with numerous genuine art pieces, offering a very unique and novel experience. The breakfast was also delicious and of outstanding quality.

However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks: Overall, the restaurant prices within the hotel were quite high, making it a bit inconvenient and costly to grab a casual meal. Additionally, standard rooms generally don't offer sea views, which is a bit of a shame.

Despite these minor points, the staff's service was still excellent. I definitely want to come back again.

The beach is amazing, I really like the view, one of the best of Sanya. They have a very good breakfast, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. All the hotel facilities are amazing.
