Clean and large rooms with impeccable customer service. The location is also excellent as it is just 1 street across the touristy shopping district Ping Jiang Rd where you can shop for souvenirs and dine till late.

Stayed 2 nights with family in the Hello Kitty room, the kids were thrilled, room was spacious, clean and in great condition. Staff were helpful and attentive. Hotel is located close to amenities, eateries and directly across to Ping Jiang Rd which has plenty of speciality shops. We thoroughly loved our time at Suzhou and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

Pingjiang lu is directly opposite the hotel. 15 mins ride to Suzhou railway station. Room is spacious and clean, shower water is strong, heater consistent 👍

The room was spacious and cleaned meticulously every day! We received several bottles of mineral water daily, and the staff were all very polite! Special thanks to Xiao Guo, the free tour guide in the garden, whose explanations were thorough and insightful! We even received sachets as a gift!

The breakfast was excellent, not only for its wide variety but also for how delicious everything was. The surrounding landscape was beautiful too, giving you the feeling of dining in a Suzhou garden. Taking a stroll around the hotel, you could really feel its rich historical atmosphere.

This is an older five-star hotel with beautiful gardens. The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the service is great. The breakfast was also very good, and my family loved it! Both the elderly and children were very satisfied, and it's also very convenient for getting around!

The front desk staff upgraded our room for free. The toiletries were L'Occitane, and the room was spacious with new facilities, including a separate toilet, shower, and a bathtub. Free parking was a bonus, and we received complimentary fruit through our Ctrip booking. Very satisfied! It's also just a few minutes' walk to the Master of the Nets Garden and Tongde Hsing Noodle House.

I loved the location...everything was so walkable. The owner was nice, friendly and we even chatted she suggested me places to visit... However, I went around the new year the prices were high which makes sense. But overall, the stay was fine. I didn't like that one chinese girl apparently who were working or something and was trying to be bossy. Also, they have such a cuteeee dog. ❤️😩

Location is outside the main tourist areas which I enjoyed but may not be for everyone. Area was very nice with many shops and close to Garden of Nets. Service was great. Answered all of my questions eveb with the language barrier and even located something I left behind and notified me immediately. Room was very clean and very spacious. Would Recommend.
