The mattress in the room was too soft; I completely sank into it when lying down, offering no support whatsoever. After waking up, my back would often ache. Although the air conditioning was blowing after I adjusted the temperature, the room temperature barely dropped, making it a bit stuffy with the windows and doors closed.

The hotel room was quite spacious and well-equipped. This time, I also enjoyed the afternoon tea buffet, which you can have in the roomy cafe or the beautiful outdoor garden. It was definitely great value for money and I'd recommend it to everyone.

The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and the bedding was excellent. All services were good. I needed to iron some clothes, and the front desk promptly had a staff member bring an iron and ironing board, which was super helpful. Traveling with kids, the executive lounge benefits were pretty much nonexistent. At best, we could get some drinks downstairs. And they weren't flexible at all. I had two adults and two kids. I carefully chose this hotel, booking a king-size room. The facilities are relatively new, and while the room isn't large, it's quite clean. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning didn't seem to cool. It was a hot day, and I wanted to turn on the AC to cool down, but despite setting it to 15 degrees, the room temperature actually rose to 28℃.

the best valueble hotel in shanghai. the modern design and also warmly reception. most important is they really care about client behavior. super user friendly and looks new. have a good sleep for continuously 4 nights and will definately come back again. super value for the price.

The hotel is super nice and normal. If you complain about the hotel being near a road. You should stay in Europe and pay double the amount of money for a shitty hotel. Lol

Location is not far from metro station and park nearby is nice. Some restaurants under the hotel and some malls and shops a further walk away. Amenities are very clean and comfortable, including balcony. Street noise not too bad but is not super quiet. Good value option.

A ceiling of a shower booth goes moldy. There was a cigarette butt in the balcony. The hotel is right next to a big overpass which makes huge noise even at 3-4 am. Other than mold, a room condition is rather good. But staffs are nice and helpful. I like them. The best thing this small 4 stories hotel has is a beautiful park is right next to it. If you stay here, you’d better check it out.

The room was tiny; there wasn't even space to open a suitcase. It was clean and tidy, but the bathroom was so small that the shower and toilet were combined. Because of its size, there was only a small sink, and instead of a Western toilet, it was a squat toilet. I never expected to find such a setup in Shanghai. The staff, however, were very friendly.

This hotel is pretty good! It's conveniently located, quite clean, and offers great value for money. I'm very satisfied! There are many local eateries nearby, plus a supermarket, and you can walk directly to the subway station.

I brought my parents here, and the location is super convenient with a subway station just a short walk away. The main thing is that it's affordable, and the best part is the parking lot, which saved us a lot of hassle!

Located within a residential area, it's about a 12-13 minute walk to the Chest Hospital. Along the way, there are tons of breakfast and fast-food options that are delicious and affordable. There's also plenty of free parking. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place, especially for those visiting the Chest Hospital for appointments or follow-ups.

An unexpected gem of a hotel with incredible value for money. It's quiet, clean, and the environment is lovely. Plus, free parking! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.
