Comfortable, spacious and clean room with a very cool decoration. The location is the highlight, amazing neighbourhood, very cozy and close to bakery’s, convenience shops, malls and fruit shops. Reasonable distance from the metro also.
There was construction with hammering and drilling on Sun from 8am till late.
The bedroom is below the toilet directly

But the things I concern is that since I have been coming to visit the restaurant for several years, it is getting worse. Who know whats next?
It is definite fine to have a try/causal lunch during the gaps of work. But waiting in a line for it, not quite worth it I doubt.
