The hotel's location is great, very close to the Bund and Nanjing Road. The room was clean and tidy. However, there's room for improvement regarding some details: the breakfast placemats weren't changed for each guest; they were just wiped down with a cloth used for cleaning tables. When I asked a staff member for tissues, they simply pointed to the table where they were. Housekeeping carts were left in the hallway for extended periods (even when no cleaning was happening), and I could hear loud phone audio coming from the staff workroom. I hope they continue to improve these service details to enhance the Jinjiang brand's quality.

Cleanliness: Pretty clean.
Environment: Very close to the Bund, subway station, and Nanjing Road. It's about a 10-15 minute walk.
Service: The staff were all great and helped resolve any issues we had.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the bund. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was I wanted to use the gym but it was under renovation, so I went for a run outside instead. But I would still stay here next time for sure! The room was very nice too

The location is great, with plenty of food, entertainment, and shopping nearby. It's also not far from the subway station. It was very quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and polite. Overall, a great experience.

Good location! Within walking distance from Nanjing E. Rd., the Bund and Yu Garden! Great breakfast, historical building, fully renovated interiors! Can't ask for more for such an affirdabtprice in the heart of such a beautiful metropolis as Shanghai certainly is!!!

The location is perfect for Shanghai travel, near different Metro stations, several hunder meters from the best part of The Bund. The vintage building perfectly matched the vibe of Shanghai and staying here feel like travel in time. The view at high floors are excellent and able to see the Oriental Pearl Tower. The facilities are modern. The light switches in the room is traditional and easy to use. Just the front door has several high steps (the staff are very helpful) and the water pressure in bathroom is suboptimal.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's super close to the Bund, Yu Garden, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has a real sense of history, and across the street, the old municipal government building, the 'Bund of Nations' architecture, and the church are all stunning.

Not so bustling spot to stay at, it’s good if you prefer a bit peaceful spot, need to walk a bit distance to metro station and nearby attractions about 10 mins. Building itself is stunning, services are on point. The only downside was currently there’s a building opposite is in renovation, so expected construction works and noise in normal days morning - evening. But I think it’s fine since mostly day time we will be outside exploring the city. Overall is a very good stay and good vibes of the hotel!

The hotel is very close to The Bund, just a 5-10 minute walk away. The room facilities are good. I would choose to book this hotel again next time I visit Shanghai.
