The staff were all very friendly and proactively offered simple directions for local routes, which was really heartwarming. The room size was sufficient for daily rest. Unfortunately, the soundproofing wasn't great; I could faintly hear noise from the neighboring room, so it wasn't completely quiet.

I think it's okay, maybe a bit far from the subway station, but honestly, sometimes I find it quite acceptable. The value for money is decent. It's still a place worth trying.

I was very satisfied with the bathroom; it had a three-way separation, which was very convenient. When I first entered the room, there was a strange smell, perhaps because it hadn't been ventilated. Overall, it was very good.

The front desk service was excellent. Parking is in a multi-story garage, and the metro station is about a ten-minute walk, which is very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and we even stumbled upon a great new restaurant that just opened.

Normal routine. In complex good hotel. Breakfast okay. Rooms comfortable. Clean not bad. Too much smell bad smoke. Cigarettes everywhere. Without cigarettes, without not education from other guests should be a great hotel

I extended my stay. It is a budget hotel. Location right in the busy street with lots of shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. A bit far from main attractions of Hangzhou (such as the famous West Lake), however I chose the location which is near my friend’s home.

I booked this hotel last minute for a late-night shower. It's an economy hotel, but the room had two beds and a sofa, so it was pretty comfortable, and the cleanliness was decent. The only issue was the water – the pressure was really low, and it was either scalding hot or ice cold. It took me ages to get the temperature right, and I barely managed to shower. Everything else was just okay. I checked out in less than two hours.

The location was okay as there’s a metro some meters away, the room was quite spacious and clean and the breakfast was good but it’s good to indicate the food that contains pork. However, the corridors carpet smells weird and the elevators sometimes have a pleasant smell. Overall it was a good experience
