Service: The service staff has an excellent attitude towards guests. At the beginning, they first confirm what the guests need before responding, which left a deep impression on me. (Motor vehicle parking processing) 3. Service: It may be because I stayed in the hotel during the May Day holiday, so breakfast was not easy to eat. Due to the insufficient number of guests and tables, it was difficult to find a seat and eat. Although the waiter has dealt with it urgently, fundamental countermeasures are still needed.

The hotel service is very good. There are service staff at the hotel entrance to help you open the car door and take the luggage. There is also a male manager who smiles at you when you enter the hotel lobby. It really feels like home. Fruits are sent to the room. The pears are very sweet. However! The phone in the room is broken. I called the front desk twice, and the other end of the phone said that they couldn't hear the sound. Moreover! I got off the elevator from the 15th floor and waited for ten minutes but didn't get on the elevator. The elevator was very slow and full. And one of the elevators was broken and it was not open to the third floor.

The hotel stay experience was great! The hotel service was very good. Except for the doorman who didn't help with the luggage when I first arrived at the hotel (which was well resolved after feedback), other staff were very friendly. The breakfast was especially impressive. We checked in two days after the May Day Golden Week. Knowing that the number of guests had dropped sharply, the hotel's breakfast was still uncompromising, and the level of luxury was not inferior to any five-star hotel I had stayed in before. It is a model of conscience!

Recommended by a local friend, the location is by the Hao River, the scenery is nice, there is a snack street nearby, the parking lot is large and very convenient; the lobby is very luxurious and grand, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade it when checking in, the room is not particularly large but the overall hardware is very textured and very quiet; the breakfast has a wide variety, reaching the richness and quality of a 4-5 star hotel; it is worth mentioning the service, they also specially sent desserts and handwritten small cards at night, which is very thoughtful! In short, the price of the all-season hotel and the five-star stay experience are worth staying again!

The breakfast variety is rich. Although there are many people during the 5.1 period, the turnover is very fast and the dishes are replenished in time.
There are many good restaurants across the road. Because of Zhejiang University of Technology, they are affordable and delicious.
