Cosy hotel is located in Ayia NAPA, close to the beach. Its décor mingled breath of antiquity and the Cypriot national colour. For a couple of minutes you can be in the centre of the resort, where are many discos, bars and restaurants.

Location: 3 km from the resort centre of Ayia NAPA, 50 km from the international airport of Larnaca.

Consists of a two-storey building.

The hotel has 80 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach is 250 m away, the third coastline. Between the beach and the hotel is a road. Sun loungers and parasols for an additional fee.

The Hotel was just great, the outside area was stunningly clean I adored it! The staff is super nice, the buffet is a little small but it has everything someone would need. We arrived there and were offered lemonade (loved it) also I celebrated my birthday there and when I got back from the beach they had prepared me a happy birthday card wine and some fruit - lovely! I could not recommend it any more, will def come back ＜3

Spend holiday with friends and children in this hotel at the end of May. I definitely recommend it, the staff is extremely nice, they will always help and be happy to welcome you. The rooms are clean, the pool is also always clean. The bar is good, there are theme nights. I will say honestly, a great hotel for this price.

Just got back from a fantastic stay,everyone is so friendly, it's in a great location, two minutes from the nearest bus stop, there's a good restaurant on the doorstep, or a ten minute walk to lots of restaurants, all good with lots of choices. Room service was great, the look and feel of the Hotel makes you feel comfortable and at home, food and drinks were very reasonably priced. Galina is a star. Definitely returning next year.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff are great, the hotel itself has got everything you need to spend a relaxing , enjoyable holiday. The location is very good, with access to transport connections , supermarkets, various beaches. Highly recommend.

The hotel is okay. But we were very surprised that, for a room rate of €160, there's no water in the room. Instead, you have to buy it at the airport price. This has never happened to us on any trip before.

Perfect stay – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a truly wonderful stay!
The rooms were very clean, well-equipped, and cozy. The entire property is well-maintained and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast was varied, fresh, and plentiful – the perfect start to the day. We were especially impressed by the attentive and friendly staff – we felt welcome from the very first moment.

The location is ideal: the beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel's own restaurant was also a real highlight – delicious food and outstanding service.

We would definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Originally I was going to rate at 3 stars but as time went on, I have to say, the hotel felt like home and I didn’t want to leave- a sure sign of a great hotel! The couple of things that could be better- when I arrived In my room there were no toilette ties to be found, no shower gel or even soap to wash my hands. When I asked downstairs , nothing happens, until I asked the second time and they handed me shower gel at the reception but to this day I’ve still never been given hand soap and had to buy it myself, could easily have been sorted. Secondly reception some members of staff not so friendly but others are amazing. Thirdly my room wasn’t made up a couple of times despite me putting the sign on the door it appears it had been turned around I am not sure if on purpose so they didn’t have to clean. Other than this - and I certainly wouldn’t let those things stop you coming, for a three star graded hotel, the rest was fantastic. The pool area is stunning and really comfortable posh sun loungers including a bell to ring for your waiter- what three star has that?! The staff in the pool area were also very very friendly ! The beds were very comfy- balcony wasn’t all that but didn’t really use it. Food was wonderful around the pool. They have live entertainment here too some nights. Very short walk to the beach! Overall I wanted to extend my stay so something must have been right! But they were sold out! Really would come back it’s a beautiful hotel!

An amazing gem hidden away in the heart of Ayia Napa. We stumbled upon Nissi Park by chance, amazing location, beautiful inner courtyard, great food, lovely service by people who have worked there for years and years. We would definitely stay here again

I spent 3 nights at Nissi Park, visiting for a friend's wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for all the lovely staff, and I felt very well cared for & given some difficult personal circumstances, was dealt with with great sensitivity. The food and drinks were delicious and of a very high standard, and the room cool, quiet and comfortable.

I had a great experience visiting this region of Cyprus, and the hotel was a big part of that.
