What a lovey hotel all the staff and entertainment team are excellent. It's a long walk to the beach but there is a free bus service which is a definite benefit. The food is different every day and the restaurant at the front of the hotel is a place you have to go to as this food is excellent and also part of the hotel. We will definitely be back

A very lovely family run hotel in Ayia Napa. Spacious and clean room. Good price, a bit far away from the village centre, but can be easily reached by a bus that stops next to the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was average. One day the yoghurt was bad and my wife threw up shortly after. Mold in the kids swimming pool. Some maintenance issues that can be a real hazard. Our room door window was not shutting properly.

The hotel offers good value for money. Breakfast is decent, with fresh vegetables and good coffee. Where our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! We had a swim up room, a real little sun trap cone mid afternoon. Whilst this is classed as a vibe hotel it’s not overly loud or over run with younger guests. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the waiters were extremely kind. The hotel is clean, rooms aren't massive but they are clean as well. The pool is small, far too small for big inflatables and ball games. Some so called adults acted worse than children. If you have a late flight don't stay here, I don't think they have even heard of a late checkout room.

From going through the doors to reception the first person we met had everything and explained all we needed to know the food was varied and well presented delicious cleaning staff working hard and the staff behind the bar were all very friendly both my wife and I have been to Cyprus over 30 times and would have no hesitation in going back to the hotel Stamatia.

Had to stay here 1 night as there was no availability at vassos nissi beach hotel that evening.........This is a 3 star hotel..at best, arrived to an unclean room, no towels, cobwebs everywhere no AC working...I had booked a pool view room... but it was more like a garden view room. They have a useful car park...but it's not lit to the hotel reception... which is upstairs... and there was no lift....

I'd like to comment on the pool bar service. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The all-inclusive menu includes delicious drinks served exclusively by a bartender named Murat. Service was fast and very polite. He was honest and very hardworking. He helped a guest more than once without any problems. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.

We just come home from Adelais Bay. Definitely worth a 5* due to staff attentiveness. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. Not many choice but the chef is good. Rooms are basic. We had a great time there. Thanks :)

We had a wonderful seven-day stay. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely hotel manager and the rest of the staff, which we will surely remember. The food definitely deserves praise, and I can say this confidently since we're quite picky. The rooms may not be the most modern, but they are very clean and recently renovated. In my opinion, they are more than sufficient, so there's no reason to complain...

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, cozy, and well taken care of. The staff were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Only one thing was missing… the cute bartender from last year 😅🍸 Still, an amazing stay and I’d definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Fedrania! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations. A special shoutout to the incredible night staff member Paul, who was just a calm man. My number 1 place to stay in Ayia Napa, it has been my 5th time staying here and this year the reception staff are incredible and I upgraded to the private pool room which I would strongly recommended!

Went for my 26th birthday with my partner the staff were so lovely and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble it was lovely too see so many staff out cleaning and getting sorted for the season ahead yes the pool was very cold but that was too be expected mid way into April the hotel it’s self was very clean the only slight complain was the shower didn’t like too drain cause the floor wasn’t level...

Lovely hotel in a quiet place and a little far from the center. Two bus stops from Nisi Beach and about 4 stops from the center. Clean rooms, suitable for families with children, very clean hotel. Wry beautiful place with wonderful amenities and very relaxing and chill outdoor pool/garden. FYI is one of the few pet friendly places you can stay in whole Ayia Napa. Very clean and great location.

They are very helpful and kind. Booked a short 4 day trip and stayed here. I would never book a vibe hotel in high season but knew it would be ok out of season. I liked the hotel and the service. The receptionists were always ready to help. The location is great, and the staff is friendly. However, we had mold in the bathroom. They sent someone to remove it, but there was so much mold that it still smelled like mold. When the window was closed and the air conditioning was off, the smell was really bad.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days for a last-minute getaway . We had a deluxe double that wasn't very big. The pictures made the rooms look larger on the website when I booked. It was very clean though, and the bathroom was nice with the LED and the demister on the mirror a nice touch.
